I love how easy it is to lubricate cables on everything from dirt bikes to lawn mowers. There’s nothing worse than dealing with a sticking or broken cable when you’re out in the woods. Keep your cables in top shape! Lubricate them regularly and avoid the unnecessary hassles!

I find the lube tool easy to use, not nearly as messy as other lubers. I have used on my JetSki cables but it will work for just about any cable. Great products.

I tried a chinesium v1 copy and was total trash. Yes, this one is pricy but it simply works. Zero frustration and fast, simple use is 100% worth it to me.

Did not work on mercury gen 1 control cables. Seems like it would work well for other applications. SeemsWell made.

I needed to lubricate the shift cable on my boat because it was working stiffly. I ordered this tool because I liked the way it seals on the sheath so that the lube is forced inside along the cable. It worked perfectly! I also did the throttle cable while I was at it. I highly recommend this tool for lubricating cables.

Probably any cable lubricator is going to be somewhat of a mess. This unit does a decent job. There are some shortfalls in the design. It has NOT worked on about half the cables I've tried it on, the primary problem being there is not enough room INSIDE the unit for some types of cables/slug-ends. My Banshee for instance: It worked OK for the clutch and emergency brake cables, but not the throttle cable. The plunger can not be extended from the body of the unit without the use of a plier. A snug fit is good, but I don't think it has to be THAT tight. The spray extender tube fits into the tool a very little bit. It would be easier to use if it stayed IN place better. Not a terrific tool given the cables it does NOT fit, but not awful either.

This cable luber worked like a charm. I have an old 1985 Honda Elite CH250 that had a screaming speedo cable, and there’s a lot of plastic covering it making the cable not so easy to remove and lube the whole thing like on a motorcycle. The instructions were great, and included clear step by step pictures of how to assemble it on the cable. The hardest part was getting to the top end of the speedo cable (see picture) but once I got to it and got this on there, I just unhooked the lower end of the cable at the wheel and shot my white lithium grease spray into it. The inner speedo cable shot out of the sleeve like a foot from the pressure, and then I just kept spraying until the grease was coming out the other end. Slid the cable back in, hooked it back up, and it was good as new. Highly recommend this if you have a hard to access or hard to remove cable that needs lubed up!
