With some arthritis these pens and refills make it easy to write. They last a long time too. The ink is full, not half full. Great product by Pilot

The biggest issue with Dr. Grip pens is that the first ride out of the box, they're smooth and awesome and then all the refills suck afterward. Not anymore! These refills are soon much better than the small original version! This is the refill that will make your pen feel like the first time you wrote with it again.

Turns out this model is too long for the pen I own, but, using the original pen cartridge as a template, I trimmed off the end of the new cartridge and "viola"....perfect fit. Adapt and overcome, right?

These are the right size refills for my Dr. Grip frosted pens. These are the red packaged ( gravity ?) refills. They are smaller than the black packaged refills. Got to be careful of the size for these pens... they're not always clearly marked with the refill order number on the pen packaging. They write smoothly and evenly. These refills last quite a while and less trash left behind by reusing the pen with a refill! Thank you!
