This is awesome. It's super easy to use. I love that it also provides a workout sheet with suggested ways of using the items it comes with. I'm horrible with keeping up with any sort of workout routine, but this kit makes it super simple.The bag that comes with it is quite handy, fitting everything inside it. You can hang it where you typically work out, making it easy to grab whatever item you need when you need it. The bar is easy to put together and take apart. That is a huge bonus for me, as I sometimes have issues with gripping items.The durability of everything means it will last for quite some time. I don't like having to replace things, so look for things that are truly worth getting. I do recommend this for anything from simple, easy workouts up to more vigorous workouts. The portability of the entire package is something I really love.

I got this set with everything that was shown in the photo I was worried that something would be missing because as soon as I took the product box out of the packaging box the product box just fell apart. I wish this kit came with a better set of instructions for set up and for beginners. It does come with a small paper chart of different exercises that can be done with the bar or door jam or ankle straps but it is not very easy to look at and not very detailed instuctions. I also noticed that it does not come with staps or an easy way to adjust the length or tension of the resistance bands that would have been helpful too. I need to look up youtube videos to know my way around thses pieces of equipment. I like that all the components can fit in the drawstring bag that came with this pilates bar kit so it is potable and you can take it with you practically anwhere to get a workout in.

I am new to pilates, workout bands, and workout equipment in general so when I saw this product I was really excited to be able to get started in the privacy of my own home. When I unboxed the items, I discovered there were no manuals explaining what each item was and the intended use. I imagine if you are experienced all these things are probably logical, but for someone who has no experience, a manual or a how to guide, or something would be nice to have to explain how to get started or the purpose of each piece included. As it is now, this was a big waste of money. For all I know, my set is defective or broken. It seems twisted. I can't tell if the extra piece of band (see picture) is intended or if I am supposed to do anything to prepare it for use, how to put the parts together so they attach to the bar. This isn't quick, easy, or intuitive to a novice. I had hoped there was more instructions in the box than what there is online but there is nothing. For an unboxing experience, I am disappointed.

This is the second set like this I have ordered in the last year, and I hemmed and hawed when deciding if I needed a different one. and here's why I love this one.1. Totally portable. The bar separates into three SMALL, LIGHT pieces, and this comes with a bag to put everything in. It all easily would fit in a suitcase if you were traveling, and is not heavy. My other bar is a good 7 lbs itself!2. Exercise chart included. I need someone to tell me what to do, and I hate looking for online tutorials on YT, because I don't want to be interrupted by commercials. This has a SMALL (I do wish it were larger) chart of exercises to do.3. Light. The other set that I bought was too heavy for me to start with. The bar alone was heavy, and then adding in resistance bands made me feel like I couldn't do even one set properly. This set gives me the option to increase resistance, but doesn't start out intimidating.

First off, I want to say the design of this is absolutely amazing. It allows you to do such a wide variety of home workouts, and adds that little bit of extra umpf to your workout to ensure you're capitalizing and maximizing the results you obtain. The bar is extremely easy to take apart and put together and made from really high quality material, while even containing the comfort sponge, so you can use this with very minimal strain, of course, not including that you force on yourself. It feels extremely comfortable and can be put up just as fast now, the bands themselves are very nice as well, because you can actually stack them a little bit once you get to that point and make different workouts that perhaps are using multiple muscle groups, and use the smaller, less resistant bands for more isolated muscles. It just has such a wide variety of uses and the fact that they gave you a little carrying bag as well, literally allows you to take it anywhere, makes it perfect, even whenever you're traveling. To put the cherry on top, they included a little guide of different workouts you can do to ensure you can maximize and capitalize your results which I find is just amazing! Thank you very much! 🌹

Love this. Sturdy works well. Love that it comes with a little drawstring bag to carry everything. The bar breaks down into 3 piece for easy storage. Comes with a paper that includes different ways to use the items to target certain body parts. This also makes a great gift. Very easy to use.
