The shipping was fast however my necklace came broken! The picture was off and the glue was cheap and not secure! The other good part about this other was the delivery!! I am not showing the picture due to it being a picture of my mother who pasted away and my son. This was going to be a birthday present for my son.

My expectations were low because of the price. When I received the charm it was absolutely beautiful. Even with the engraving it was delivered within 2 days. I was able to contact the company directly with questions. They were very accommodating and professional. So much so that I plan on ordering several more from them.

This is not acceptable I ordered the big circle picture and this is not big at all I didn’t want a return I just wanted it to be fixed but “This Item Is Not Returnable” they said and that is short for this is a scam because I am not satisfied with my purchase at all. (There is a AirTag next to it for reference)

This piece is so beautiful. It’s a little bigger than I expected but it’s great. The picture is clear and I love that it’s got some weight to it since the piece I got was for a man. It’s made very well and the price can not be beat. This is the second piece of jewelry that I have purchased from here and I am so amazed by how beautiful it comes out every time. I love it so much.
