About this item

  • Perfect balance between comfort and efficiency: the multifaceted design of Hesacore expands the contact surface between hand and the handle. As a result, Hesacore generates between 8% and 14% more grip, depending on the overgrip used by the player. This means that the player can hold the handle with less effort and finger contraction, while the hand does not slip from the hand.
  • Increases grip strength: with Hesacore, the hand wraps the handle with an ideal grip. Each of its hexagons has two edges parallel to each other, which coincide with the interphalangeal joints of the finger. Two of the other edges of the same hexagon lie parallel to the finger, supporting it laterally.
  • More friction and finger support increasing control, power, and spin: Hesacore helps the correct and efficient use of the bottom three fingers to manage the swing of the paddle with the little finger representing the fulcrum around the paddle rotates while the index and thumb, on their part, are essential to control and speed up the rotation of the paddle head.
  • Helps for sweaty hands avoiding the paddle slipping from the hand: contrary to traditional grips, Pickleball players who use Hesacore appreciate the fact that the handle does not slip from the hands.
  • Play with less effort and finger contraction: when hitting the ball, the contraction of hand muscles (especially middle and ring fingers) is directly related to contractions also happening in the wrist and forearm. All this muscle activity affects the effectiveness of the shot, since a rigid and ripped movement would prevent the efficient transfer of energy to the ball.

So I bought this because it advertises that it improves grip and is anti-sweat. My paddle is twisting in my hand at ball contact because my hands get slightly sweaty during play. The nightmare of this waste of money started at installation. The package arrives with the grip and four narrow plastic strips. Instructions lead you to insert the strips into the grip then use them to slide the grip onto the paddle. After a half hour of struggling (I ditched their plastic inserts along the way - they were completely useless), I finally got the grip on. Unfortunately, I tore the grip a little in the installation process but not so much that it affected functionality so I tried playing with it. The hesacore made the twisting worse. This plastic overgrip is less tacky than my grip tape alone. I ripped it off in under five minutes of play. The tear I inflicted during installation prevented me from returning it so it was a $27 lesson learned. If you’re buying this because of sweaty hands - do yourself a favor with a hard pass and explore other options.

It makes such a difference in comfort and feel. Once you pop one on you will NEVER go back! I am hoping I can try this on a tennis racquet too! However, when I'm playing Pickleball, which I do A LOT as a coach, I sincerely believe that having the comfiest grip ever is what helps me go hour after hour without fatigue. The installation does have a learning curve. I made a video about it and will hopefully figure out how to load it here. I'll have it posted on YT soon. Anyway, these grip enhancers are indeed worth the price!

really love this grip. I have it on 2 of my paddles and it just makes the paddle more secure in my hand. I use an over grip and like the feel of the two products. Will definitely order again!!!

It makes holding on to the paddle so much easier. Bad thing is they don’t tell you that you need to wrap the handle after you put it on. No directions.

Tried to take off grip gently to use on a different paddle and it shredded apart. As a grip it has good form and function. Wish it was a bit cheaper.

I was excited to receive this grip, however I was disappointed that it came with a small hole in it. I’m afraid to try to put it on my paddle in case the hole gets bigger when installing the grip.

Hesacore Pickleball Paddle Grip - Pink I tried the white, black and pink. The pink is the thinest and I like that best. I used hand sanitizer that has alcohol in it to help put it on. Put it inside the grip and on the paddle handle. It helps holding the paddle, especially if you hold the paddle by the end so you can whip the paddle more. At $25 however, this is way overpriced. Should be $10.

Adds a lot to feel, hand orientation and shock absorption. I have them on all my paddles.

Pretty easy to install when wet. Put on a layer of overgrip tape. We'll see how it holds up over time. Allows for a frim but soft grip on the paddle.
