About this item

  • Perfect balance between comfort and efficiency: the multifaceted design of Hesacore expands the contact surface between hand and the handle. As a result, Hesacore generates between 8% and 14% more grip, depending on the overgrip used by the player. This means that the player can hold the handle with less effort and finger contraction, while the hand does not slip from the hand.
  • Increases grip strength: with Hesacore, the hand wraps the handle with an ideal grip. Each of its hexagons has two edges parallel to each other, which coincide with the interphalangeal joints of the finger. Two of the other edges of the same hexagon lie parallel to the finger, supporting it laterally.
  • More friction and finger support increasing control, power, and spin: Hesacore helps the correct and efficient use of the bottom three fingers to manage the swing of the paddle with the little finger representing the fulcrum around the paddle rotates while the index and thumb, on their part, are essential to control and speed up the rotation of the paddle head.
  • Helps for sweaty hands avoiding the paddle slipping from the hand: contrary to traditional grips, Padel players who use Hesacore appreciate the fact that the handle does not slip from the hands.
  • Play with less effort and finger contraction: when hitting the ball, the contraction of hand muscles (especially middle and ring fingers) is directly related to contractions also happening in the wrist and forearm. All this muscle activity affects the effectiveness of the shot, since a rigid and ripped movement would prevent the efficient transfer of energy to the ball.

Product Description

Hesacore Carbon Grip

The comfort can not be explained. You have to experience it.

Stiff Feel - Charcoal

Hesacore Carbon Grip is the new grip designed with carbon filaments that make the handle stiff for any hand, decreasing the “handle” stress. It is also anti-vibration, anti-sweat and anti-humidity. The best way to increase your performance with the greatest possible comfort.

The hexagons? No magic, just logic.

Who would have guessed that a honeycomb would prove to be the perfect ergonomic fit for the hand to naturally rest on? Not only that, but the concave hexagons provide a larger friction surface, which reduces the need to tighten the grip and minimizes vibrations from impacts, both traditional causes of injuries.

As said in previous comments, this is a PITA to put on but once on it works great. You do need to use an overgrip wrap with this as it is not meant to be used without one. You will always have great hand placement on your paddle's grip and it helps with sweaty hands.

If you sick and tired tiny grips on PB paddles and want a bigger handle - it works well. I used Medium size of this grip and it increased my paddle grip to respectable size. There are couple drawbacks I think this product has. In hot/humid weather it becomes slimy because you only put overgrip over it and the grip itself doesn't absorb much moisture compare to usual grip. And overgrip can absorb only so much. So it becomes sort of slippery at the butt cap.Second think I didn't like is that it masks butt cap so it becomes not as pronounced. If you like to slip your wrist down - it could be not such a bad thing for you, but if you like your wrist secure on the handle w/o slip - it is sort of inconvenience. So, in a nutshell, if I had an easier way to increase my paddle grip size which gives me bevels - i'd use that.

I recently upgraded to the HESACORE Pickleball Tour Carbon Grip, and it has significantly enhanced my playing experience. From the moment I installed it on my paddle, I could feel the difference in quality and comfort. One of the standout features of this grip is its ergonomic design. The unique hexagonal pattern provides excellent traction and reduces slippage, even during intense matches. This has greatly improved my control and confidence, allowing me to focus more on my game rather than constantly adjusting my grip. Compared to the white grips I’ve used before, the HESACORE grip is far superior in terms of performance and feel. The carbon material used in the grip is both lightweight and durable. It feels incredibly solid in my hand without adding any noticeable weight to the paddle. This balance of strength and lightness is perfect for maintaining quick reflexes and strong shots.Another benefit is the reduction in vibration. The HESACORE grip effectively absorbs shock, which has not only made my shots more consistent but has also reduced the strain on my arm and wrist. This is especially important during long matches or practice sessions. However, the installation did take some time to master. The instructions were clear, but getting the grip perfectly aligned and securely fitted required a bit of patience. Once I got the hang of it, though, it was well worth the effort.Overall, the HESACORE Pickleball Tour Carbon Grip is an outstanding addition to my gear. It combines comfort, durability, and enhanced performance in a way that has genuinely improved my gameplay. Despite the initial challenge with installation, I highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their paddle grip and take their game to the next level.

3 months using the Hesacore grip. I have a Tour and a Carbon. I recommend this grip for pickleball to advanced players +4.0 level. Players that lean more to traditional pickleball game play. This grip will not provide increased power or spin.I learned to use the grip as a tool. A tool that provides me real time actionable information. The connection between the paddle and my hand is elevated with more points of contact. This increased input provides feedback and information that a traditional grip cannot offer me. It creates a higher level of awareness for me.I’ve gained faster adjustments to the amount of pressure I’m applying for specific shots. Easier transition between grips continental and eastern. Increased confidence during dinking, backhand flicks, backhand rolls, paddle battles, and resets. The grip enhanced my mental game which has yielded improved game play. The use of our 5 senses to learn and adapt is amazing and this grip truly lends to feel/touch during game play or drilling. It’ sounds simple but I make better decisions with the Hesacore grip. I feel like I have a real “grip” on my game now.

TLDR increases grip circumference significantly (may not be suitable for those who prefer regular/smaller grips) - returnedI wear men's XXL gloves (big hands) and I knew this grip would increase the circumference of my handle but I didn't realize by just how much. I couldn't play properly with it as my 4" handle was oversized significantly and it just felt off/muddy. My returns and resets were MUCH slower and I lost nearly all hands battles. Didn't work for me.Thinner models might work for some people but be aware it may require a significant adjustment.

I really like the paddle position feedback I get from this grip.I originally purchased a size medium silicone tour grip for this same paddle, but after playing with it for 2 sessions I found that while liked the grip, it felt a little bulky in my hand, size large, and a little off.Because of the features that I liked, I ordered a second grip in size small in the carbon material. The smaller size allows me to manipulate my paddle in my hand while providing all of the features I liked.Installation was straightforward, and yes this fits a Six Zero Ruby "without splitting it like a hotdog bun"As others have mentioned watch the video, apply a thin film of water to the handle, warm the grip in warm water, or with a blow dryer as I did. There should not be any increase to paddle weight since you need to remove the original paddle grip. The original paddle weight of my Ruby was 8.2 oz. and I add an edge guard and overwrap, 6oz.My paddle with the hesacore grip and add ons is only 8.7oz.

I found that the grip changed the balance on my pickleball too much and even with lead tape applied to counter the imbalance, my paddle felt clunky. I also didn’t find the grip feel comfortable.

Originally, I was thinking of upgrading my paddle, but why do that when I have only had it for a year. By buying the hesacore grip, not only did it help improve my game but it also gave it a new look and it was a lot less expensive than purchasing a new paddle. If I had to say one negative thing about the product it would have to be the amount of time spent trying to get the grip onto the handle. I think I clocked it at 30-35 mins (that is with a couple of breaks to give my fingers to reset. Lol.)
