There is a quarter round piece like I provided a picture of that was missing, so defeats the entire purpose because we could not build the full setup

This is a great toy. My 2 & 4 year olds are having a blast with it and adults like setting it up for them too.The problem is that the pieces are already not fitting together. Weve only been playing with it for a week and the yellow stair pieces don’t stay connected to the magnet piece at all. A few other pieces are losing their ability to stay connected.Another issue is that the box shows a set up where there is just one magnet piece between each tube piece. This set up is impossible; it’s not strong enough. Each tube piece needs its own magnet at each end, so there are 2 magnet pieces between each tube piece.I’m not confident it’s worth the money because some pieces are already unusable after just one week.

Although the recommended age listed on the marble run box is 3+, it is not for toddlers. It's hard to assemble and not stable once put together. Also, the marbles are supposed to glow but only one lit-up.

Very nice to kids to think and be creative and keeps them busy for some time, but i would suggest to keep some pieces without whiles as it is hard to keep the balls moving!! And one more comment only 2 balls lights up which was disappointing for my son

This is an awesome set. It works with Magna Tiles and is a ton of fun to build. 5 year olds can kinda get it, but any younger, and they'll need a parent to help/do it. It is really fun, and really cool. The "marbles" are large- slightly less than a ping pong ball, and they are a little heavy for lacking magnets. A thrown one could damage something expensive. The bigger the set, the more pieces to make, so I'd recommend going large on this.I've also heard discount retailers TJ and others can have this brand at a good deal.

My kids are a 3 and a 5 year old. The 5 year old was able to make a simple marble run. This is a good gift, if you are planning on playing with it, with your children..@5 years old you will have to help them play with it.Cons: I wish the pieces stayed in better, it does break apart fairly easily.Wish it came with more than 4 long slideTubes. And more elbow pieces.Pros : is a really cool and fun toy

The joins are pretty stable but hard for small hands to engage. We also found that the stands were a little unstable when trying to click in more track pieces. We eventually decided to build the marble run on a base of regular magnet blocks (Pic included), making it much more stable and easier to build. 5yo can now mostly play independently and is really enjoying it.

This has been a great toy for my 4 year old. He watches a ton of "Marble Run" videos on youtube and has wanted a marble run toy of his own. He has other Picasso magnetic tile sets, so I figured this would work well with his other sets. It does! It's fun to assemble, it's fun to play with, and in just the couple days since Christmas, he has put many hours into this set, and it's his his favorite new toy (arguably, he has a "talking hamster" that he talks to the entire time he plays with this). And he has spent untold hours playing with other Picasso sets over the past two years. These are generally excellent, fun products. However, there are square connectors (the parts with the magnets that link everything together) that need to be snapped on the ends of the various slides, tunnels, turns splits and funnels. There are a ton of them included -- like 78. But that's probably 30-40 short of what you need to actually use all the other parts. And you'd need about double that if you were going to use (e.g.) the lower half of the tunnels and turns and such to have an open-top marble run. You can maximally use only about 2/3rds of the set at one time, because the shortage of square magnetic parts is a huge impediment. On opening the box, two parts were cracked before we even played with it. I used packing tape to reinforce them. Another one broke pretty quickly, and I again used packing tape to fix it. Not really the biggest crisis since the square-piece-shortage makes it impossible to use everything at once, anyway. But the other magnetic tile sets have been surprisingly durable, and some of the marble track parts were broken on shipment and one broke with minor abuse (under a blanket on the couch, and I sat on it).

My kids love this but definitely need adult help putting it together. (They are ages 4 & 6) That said once you get the tubes to snap in, it’s pretty sturdy. Fun STEM toy for the whole family & you get a ton of pieces! My only complaint would be the lack of instructions for assembly. EG different building ideas/patterns would be great.
