I got this so I could change my fluid more often without removing the pan and making a mess. Works great!

I was skeptical given the price, but this is a nice replacement transmission pan. It's plastic of course, just like the stock one, but it's well molded and fit perfectly. it even had a series of magnets in the bottom of the pan that were well secured (and actually magnetic). The gasket is part of the pan, and I haven't had any leaks so far.Note the bolts are not included with this set. Depending on how often you change fluid, that may not be a big deal. I change my fluid/pan every 50k miles (about 1.5 years for me), and I can reuse my bolts at least once before they start getting a little grimy. If you don't swap fluid and have 200k miles on yours, you might consider a kit that comes with the bolts and a new fill plug. For me, this budget kit worked fine.
