Pump works great and worth the price just for that. Had some French-made rubber seals/corks, so it's used on those. The ones it came with probably won't be used on anything I'm going to ingest as materials from China are always questionable. No telling what it's contaminated with or if some poisonous release compound was used in molding...

I've had these air locks that you put in partially used bottles but usually they just came in a set of two. This is easy to push in easy to extract the air and we'll save your bottle for possibly a week. Having Eight of these usually takes care of any party leftover wine bottles that I need to save.

Works well, easy to pump and easy to reuse. Have not tested with leaving the same bottle out sealed normally and one sealed with this so not sure I can fairly speak to it's effectiveness.

As part of the package you get the main apparatus to suck air out of the bottles and 8 toppers.It's easy to operate although I noted that for one bottle there was a great suction and so really did get air out and with the other bottle I had even after repeated pumping air remained (you could tell as there was no resistance from the pulling process). Given the mixed results, I rated this 3 stars.

The pump is plastic and feels rather flimsy, so use it gently. But I love that once the air is evacuated the rubber stopper only adds about an inch to the top of the bottle. Makes it much easier to fit in the fridge (in addition to keeping the wine fresher.)

I purchased these as a gift for someone who loves wine and I thought they would be pleased to be able to have a way to keep the wine fresh. However, I felt the box was slightly damaged as received and it wasn't an appealing design at all. It seems to be the bare minimum in terms of design and has very little customer appeal, and just presents basic information about the product. Based on the coloring of the font and the way it's designed, it might as well be a medical supply product. Because of how poorly it's presented, it's hard to imagine giving these as a gift and I guess you could only buy them for personal use because of the lack of thought that went into the packaging.

Voici le produit que je cherchais pour mes bouteilles.Alors bien sur ca vous aidera pour la conservation des bouteilles de vin entamées (bien sur non pétillant) mais a titre personnel je m'en sers surtout pour les jus fais maison qui sont un peu fragiles.Le nombre de bouchon permet de ne jamais être pris au dépourvu et faire une rotation.... la pompe quant à elle est efficace...Le truc en plus : ca passe au lave vaisselle.

Prodotto eccellente per chi ama il vino e vuole preservarne la freschezza una volta aperta la bottiglia. Ho trovato questo set estremamente pratico e facile da usare.Grazie alla pompa sottovuoto, il vino rimane fresco più a lungo. Il sistema è semplice: basta posizionare uno dei tappi e usare la pompa per rimuovere l'aria in eccesso dalla bottiglia, prevenendo l'ossidazione.Un grande vantaggio è la presenza di ben 8 tappi sottovuoto. Questo permette di sigillare più bottiglie contemporaneamente.Il meccanismo della pompa è molto intuitivo. Dopo aver posizionato il tappo sulla bottiglia, bastano pochi secondi per creare il vuoto.Consigliatissimo 5 stelle!
