Unfortunately I was looking for the VHS tape rewinder. This was not what I wanted. I'll keep looking. This seemed to be quite a nice little rewinder, just not what I needed. The return process was very easy.

Saves the hassle of using the VHS-C adapter also saves my VHS units mechanical rewinder to do the rewind work, easy to use just insert VHS-C push the lid and auto rewind

So far its working great. Does what I was hoping it does and is small enough to carry in palm of your hand. Apparently also has the ability to be carried around since it has a battery compartment, however I am using it only as home unit.

I'm almost too late for some of my videos but whatever is still good I can rescue but I found out that without this device you are just putting unnecessary stress on an already old machine that you are planning to use to transfer your priceless videos, so get one while they are still available.
