I drink coffee using this machine everyday! For those tired of Keurig pods coffee, it is worth it: solid, easy to use and very easy to drain it.

Bought product read instructions and watched all videos online at Philips. Set everything up per manufacturer recommendations. After 2 months product start not controlling the grind amount. And pressure is not not building past the under extraction point making espressos that are half foam. Went through all trouble shooting videos in manual and online still not working. Contact Amazon, they will not replace at this point. Recommend to contact Philips. Call them on the phone for 30 min explaining to someone who can barely speak English how to spell my name, etc. and explaining that I don’t need trouble shooting help. I have already done all of that and that I simply would like the unit replaced. They needed the serial number a model number which was already registered on Philips which they said they couldn’t access. Said they could not assist me until then. So after literally 45 min of being on we got a name, email, nature of the issue I was experiencing. Pretty terrible experience all around especially for the money you pay

Been using for several weeks now, and I’m most impressed with the quality and versatility of the unit. I’ve constantly been adjusting the grind and amount of coffee, and been making Americanos, lattes, cappuccinos and hot chocolates. Everything has surpassed expectations. Easy to clean too! A great purchase.

Coming off from a super automatic, and honestly did not buy B- named brand because of pricing, I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised.Ok granted it is not as easy to use as the new Breville, and the milk frother takes a bit used to (also noisy), but given the quality of the accessories, the machine itself, I think the money is well spent. Unless you require absolute precision in your coffee making (which this machine cannot do), I recommend this simply because of the price point

I made the mistake of buying a cheaper one thinking they’re all pretty much the same thing. Nope. This Phillips product is by far wonderful easy to use easy to clean. I love it. The coffee is absolutely delicious. The expresso is wonderful. It is a game changer for coffee lovers!

I’m brand new to making anything besides Mr Coffee, but I got addicted to peppermint mochas at Starbucks and decided to buy a machine for home use. I had this setup within an hour. It was very easy minus the grinder, which I didn’t install correctly at first. Totally my mistake. Once it was corrected, it worked beautifully. My first attempt at a homemade peppermint mocha was even better than theirs! I’m so excited and really happy with this machine.

Great machine. It's frustrating at first. I still can't get pressure gage to go up to where it should be. Coffee grounds grt stuck sometimes after brewing a cup so cleaning is essential after every brew. It would be nice to brew 2 coffees in a row with out having to run water through to clean it after each cup. Americanos are definitely not as good as from the coffee shops. But pressure has a lot to do with it. It looks nice in my coffee bar. I think with more patience I'll learn to like this machine more.

I’ve had this machine a few months. It’s my first big girl espresso machine where I have to press the puck and watch the pressure gauge. It can be tricky but I figured it out after a few days and some TikTok research on how to make pressure.Keep in mind I am no barista nor fussy coffee drinker.Pros: absolutely love the americano feature. I use this 90% of the time! Large water tank. Automatic grinder. User friendly for new people trying to get their foot in the door. Husband enjoys frother.Cons: coffee grinder sprays grounds all over. The floor, the counter, behind the fridge… you’ll find them where you least expect it. Excess water discharge when the contraption de-pressurizes. Now, I don’t know much about how it works, but after completing a pull, about 1/3 cup water drains out of the system into the discharge catch tray. I buy distilled so it is annoying how much the machine wastes but this might be normal for every espresso maker? No clue.Buy it on sale, don’t pay full price.

Up until recently I had two coffee machines sitting on my counter, and would use them both daily as I like to have options.I use the K brand in the morning for my regular coffee, and the N brand for afternoons and after dinner espressos. This machine now replaces the two, but I will admit that my coffee bean collection has started to grow.If you like a variety of coffee blends and flavours (like the options available to you with the two aforementioned brands) then a dedicated machine like this might not be for you.I don’t mind housing a few different flavoured beans, especially when my local shop allows me to buy small quantities to try them out.Once you get the beans home is where the fun starts, and being able to select your coarseness of beans is just the beginning.I wish this machine had the hopper that allowed you to put two different flavoured beans in at once like others have, but it’s not a deal breaker that’s for sure.A good thing to remember when selecting your grind setting, is how you like your coffee.A simple rule is the finer the grind the more time the water has to filter through the “beans” the greater chance of it becoming bitter, but it is the recommended setting for espresso. The larger the grind the faster the water will pass over the “bean”, and you run the risk of it being too weak in flavour. This machine will allow you the ability to mix things up, so don’t get discouraged if your first few cups aren’t the best. One of the other good things about this machine is that you can adjust the water temperature to make a hotter beverage……which for me is great as I like a hot cup of coffee.
I like the whole process of filling the bean hopper, adding the filter to the portafilter, tamping down the beans, and then even giving the milk frother a go, but the best part that always makes me laugh is calling out the wrong name of my wife every time I have her coffee ready, it makes me feel like a real barista. LOL…If you don’t mind taking a bit of time to truly make yourself a good espresso or coffee, then this machine is perfect for you.
