This is fine for a decorative piece, but wouldn’t stand up to excessive use. The directions could use an update, takes a moment to understand. The screws are very soft and do not screw in completely flush to the product. Regardless of how hard I tried to line everything up perfectly, the pre drilled holes do not match exactly which adds to the frustration. I’m using this as a decorative piece near an unused fireplace, so it’s fine. But I wouldn’t recommend it is for high traffic usage.

Works well, however I will replace the steel bolts with stainless hardware to give it longer Outdoor life. Advertised as outdoor, would be great if they included stainless bolts. Otherwise very happy to have a simple solution to keep a night’s worth of wood near the fire pit.
