So far so good. Bought one and it seemed to work well so I purchased another. We have them outside on a concrete pad. They look nice even with the cover on. Sturdy and easy to put together. Great price. This was a lot cheaper than having a custom built unit which is what I was considering. Hopefully they hold up to the elements.

Fit perfectly in my pouch for split wood for the fire place. Cover is well made and a zipper allows for access to the wood when open but stays closed tightly to keep wood dry.Good price for the value

It was very easy to put together. I've had it for a few years now. The cover is just now starting to weather and a few rips have appeared (truthfully, I have it in a sunny spot). Sturdy and nice to look at, but doesn't do that great with windy spots. I've chased it down a few times. I wish it had better ties to keep it from rising up. Tips: consider placing a tarp over it during the times when it is not needed / during the "off season of use".

Easy to assemble and keeps firewood dry. The cover is not thick but it is insulated enough to get the job done.

Shoddy product. Screws not machined well making it difficult to screw some in. Pieces fit together so not all legs touch the pavement. One of the leg pieces has the holes punched about 1/8” out of tolerance so that piece can’t even be screwed together at all.I wouldn’t think it’s a huge deal to get a replacement part if their support wasn’t so terrible. They provide zero support over the phone although they make it appear that they do. If you call, they will tell you that you can only get help over email so you wasted your time calling because the person on the phone does not help. They don’t even know what their parts replacement policy is. There is one man managing it and I am appalled that they told me to disassemble it and send photos of the pieces so he could come up with a “solution”. I’ve already been significantly inconvenienced and now they want me to do labor for them in lieu of shipping back this heap of metal trash. Just send the replacement part after getting proof of purchase and description like other companies do. I worked many years in sheet metal manufacturing and machining and know exactly what I am looking at, and there are no other “solutions” than replacing a sheet metal part so he is insulting my intelligence and wasting my time.Update: I will be returning this junk. He lost his cool. Last email to me was in all capital letters, full of exclamation points literally screaming at me telling me to never buy anything from them again. What an odd thing to say to someone that doesn’t even want the first bad product.Don’t know why I buy anything off Amazon anymore because most of what they sell is Temu level of quality with bad support from the manufacturers like this one. This experience with Brightown solidified my decision to cancel my Amazon Prime membership before it renews in two weeks, and start shopping elsewhere.

The stand was easy to make in about half an hour. The instructions are not that good, but once it’s built, it is strong. The cover is very thin and flimsy. I suspect it will last one to two seasons. There are much sturdier covers available separately. If you’re buying this for the cover, look somewhere else.

I already have two larger wood racks that each hold a face cord. I primarily use these to hold the outdoor fire pit and maple sap cooker wood. So the wood is a bunch of random wood that burns but isn’t necessarily wood I would use for my offset smoker and I don’t like to try to organize the wood in those racks cause it’s just wood to burn. This is where this new rack is perfect. I don’t need a full face cord or more of wood for the offset smoker, but I do need specific wood for it. A 1/2 facecord is a perfect amount of wood for my needs and because it is smaller than my other racks, I can keep this right next to offset so that it is convenient to keep my fire stoked and my meat smoked! The construction is square pipes which seem quite strong and the assembly was very easy. I really like the chains that connect across the top to keep the weight of the wood from bending the pipes outward, which is a problem my other racks suffer from. Lastly, the adjustable feet are a great touch that neither of my other racks have and since the ground is not level, this allows me to keep everything level without having to put random rocks or wood under the feet to do so. Overall, can’t recommend this enough if you need a perfect sized wood rack!

We bought a wood fired pizza oven last year and needed a place to store the wood. I found this on Amazon and it is perfect! It easily stores a 1/4 cord of wood in a small footprint. I also got the optional extension rods and can upgrade to a 1/2 cord if need be. As you can see it transformed the giant pile of wood in my garage to a nice little pile on the rack.Assembly was pretty easy. All the tools are included. The best part is they included extra bolts! If you are like me and have giant hands, the extra bolts are a god send. I ended dropping 2 of the small bolt’s during assembly in my wood pile. Instead of spending an hour looking for them, I was able to continue the assembly. The rack is very sturdy and I like the cover to keep the wood dry.I would recommend this firewood rack to anyone who was looking for one.
