Works great, easy to check my ph and temperature during water changes so I don't stress the fish too much.

This pH meter was easy to setup (just add 3 batteries that were included). It comes pre-calibrated and is ready to use. The pH measurements are accurate and precise. I checked it against calibration solution (in powder form) that was included in the package. The pH meter can be used to check water quality; I will mainly be using it to monitor the pH of the pool water. Great product!

This ph tester will be the best bang for you're buck.Operates easy, easy to calibrate. But is never exact it reads a bit clunky, gets close to actual PH with in .30ph to .40ph to the pH of said fluid your testing. Is it worth the 25$ no. More like a 15$ item.Works though!!!!

This 3-in-1 pH/TDS/Temperature meter has exceeded my expectations! It’s incredibly accurate with its 0.01 resolution, making it perfect for my aquarium maintenance and wine-making experiments. The automatic temperature compensation (ATC) ensures consistent readings regardless of environmental changes. The device is lightweight, easy to calibrate, and comes with clear instructions. The versatility and reliability of this tester make it a must-have for anyone managing water quality. Worth every penny for the peace of mind it provides! Highly recommend

This review is going to be a bit daunting. Out the gate when you first receive these meters they tend to get the job done. Reads the pH well, gives accurate PPMs, etc. All is well up until the first battery swapThat's when things get bad. You can no longer calibrate the meter with the pH solution provided, which makes the product utterly useless. I bought another one of these and within first use out the box, the diode completely shattered on me when simply trying to clean it off with a wet paper towelI've purchased about 4-5 of these and I'm pretty much convinced at this point that they're not reliable after some wear and tear. I have an older Vivosun meter that's been sitting dormant in its packaging for well up to a year now, and is still more calibrated than this meter is after a week of solid usage. It's time to move on. There are much better, longer lasting options than this meter :-(

I bought this digital pH meter to replace my old bromothymol blue drops for testing the pH in my aquarium. But, the pH value of this tester jumps around wildly, such as from 6.55 to 7.11 or more. The value VERY GRADUALLY stabilizes but takes about 3 minutes or more, which is a long time to wait. The bromothymol blue testing would actually have be quicker. While waiting, the display backlight goes out forcing me to press the Hold button twice to get it back on. The digital tester pH value changes about 4 times a second, which makes it difficult to read since it varies all the time and never settles on a single value. (I see why they added a "Hold" button). After "stabilizing", the value still jumps around, such as from 6.87 to 6.94.Also, the temperature seems off by 2 degrees. This digital meter shows temperature of 75.9 F, whereas my glass thermometer shows 78. And my crude adhesive strip thermometer shows 78-80 (closer to 78). Luckily I don't need this device for temperature, only pH.On a positive note, I have seen the tester displays pH values down to 4. Whereas the bromothymol blue testing only indicates pH values from 6.2 to 7.4. The digital tester also has a nice display with a green backlight.I have been using this digital pH tester for about a year. Waiting for the pH value to stabilize is very annoying, but I appreciate the wide range of pH values it can measure.Following are some suggestions for the company and their engineers:1) Please use a running average to smooth out the pH value the device displays. There's no use in seeing a value immediately change from 6.55 to 7.11. I would prefer that it displays a slowly changing pH value, blink the value while it is changing and has not stabilized, and then stop the blinking when the value stabilizes to about 0.1 pH.2) I do not see any use in displaying pH values down to 0.01 pH. This tester never stabilizes to an accuracy of 0.01 so what's the point of displaying it. I would be happy to see a pH accuracy of 0.1 as long as it stabilizes quickly.3) Please make the green backlight stay on continuously.4) Do not change the pH values 4 times a second, at that rate it is difficult to read any one value. One or two changes per second would be sufficient.5) Improve the accuracy of the temperature. By displaying temperature down to 0.1 F you are implying that is also the accuracy. But in my experience the accuracy isn't even 1 degree.
