simple plastic sleeves that are very handy for fitting different wheels on arbors, inexpensive and they do the job. Light duty but at their price are easily replaced if they wear out. Sizes are accurate and fit well.

They are made of plastic which is just fine as long as they do what they are designed to do then it's a great deal. I ordered 2 sets so I can adapt my 5/8" polishing wheels to a 1/2" arbor not true to size they are off by at least a 1/16 of an inch
