This team is amazing. Anything for my little family members. They love it. Safety nets on side. Easy for the furry best friends to get used to it. I can’t thank their team for being as supportive as they were. Highly recommend! Very quiet product. Priced well and took me 15 mins to set up. I messaged them and they walked me through 1 part that I needed their input. Highly recommend.

It was easy to install. It is sooo silent. I have a Yorkie puppy 4 months old, she got right on it before i could encourage her to with a treat. I was testing it out when she just jumped on it. She was only on it for about 10 seconds but she got some steps in, lol. It is small enough to fit in my 1 bedroom apartment. She has been using it now for 2 weeks and 2 days ago she got on it with out treat or my asking her too and stayed on it for 1 minute 15 seconds, probably would have stayed on longer but by that time i was worried she didn’t remember how to get off. She turned to look at me and then stepped off. This is the greatest investment i have made out of all the new items i have bought for her since getting her. If i lose some weight i might give it a try too, if she will let me.

Looks like buying is like playing the lottery,after unboxing and assembly,the display wouldn't work.we requested a return (for the first time with Amazon) to figure out it wasn't with Amazon.Because of that you have to self dispatch.Good to know now.looks like we ordered new,but received scrap.We are not spending the money for the return.result: we will burn it in our fire pit.As mentioned: we read the reviews before we ordered and it seems to be a gamble what you get.some are working,some are garbage,but be informed that you have to pay for a possible return!!!!!!!!

First things first.--the package had holes in it, but I was optimistic and opened it anyway.--The items inside were haphazardly packed and I wondered if it was a return, but all the items were there, so I plowed on.--I noticed that the main frame rattled as if it had some loose screws and appeared to have a dent in it, but it was intact, so I kept on going.--A sheered off screw came out of the mainframe. But I hoped I could get a replacement for it or it wasn't too important.--It was easy to put together and it was working. Yay! I congratulated myself on my perseverance.--I was able to get my dog on it and he tried walking, but my medium sized dog (Australian Shepherd) was too big for it. He couldn't walk on it because the main frame is WAY TOO SHORT for my medium-sized dog.--Tried to return it through the Amazon site, but the vendor expected me to pay for the shipping. No phone number on the instruction booklet to discuss this with the vendor.--Complained through Amazon. I'll update this when and if the situation is resolved.

The treadmill is quite, simple to setup, and easy to move around on the wheels. My dog took to walking on it in almost no time at all, and now often will stand on it waiting for me to turn it on. I have not used a lot of the features yet, but it is easy to operate and I look forward to its continued use.

The treadmill came quick and in great condition but after using it for a month we can't get rid of an E03 error. No response and no information online
