Bought this for our 2 kittens while out of town for a week at Christmas. It does all the things we need and is now used full-time. The programmable schedule is easy to set up and enables limitless options in terms of portions, frequency at whatever times we want. No more hungry cats waking us up at 5:30AM. We still pay a neighbor kid to check on them when gone for a few days, but the video feature does provide reassurance everything is working. You can also talk to your pets through the video, which is kinda fun.

This thing is great. Cats can do their best to get into it but its great design prevents them from doing so. Love it so far.

Having had this for 6 months I'm done with it. Overlay complicated controls compared to other units like this just annoy me and to top it off, it keeps saying error and not dispensing food. It's got one job and can't do that right. Looks, no substance

This is an edit to my original review due to dispensed portion size. It's confusing in the app that it reads 1/12cups and I understood that to be 1 feed out of 12 cups, when I discovered, it's actually 1/12th of a cup (ie: to dispense 1 cup of food, you need to do 12/12 cup manual feeds). Still kinds of wonky, but workable. I wish the hopper had multiple slots for dumping food. The portions are sporadic in quantity. The dual bowl splitter to separate the morsels to go into each dish is a gimmick and one dish always gets more than the other (despite changing the splitter positions). Setup was easy - like SUPER EASY! I ordered a different brand and got it the nite before I ordered this one. The other one was CHEAP and it wouldn't connect after 2.5 hours of trying and married to a system tech so it wasn't 'user error', hence the reason I decided to go with 'the big rater' out there and glad I did. The video quality is SUPERB!! live stream is amazing. Downside, you can either pay for a subscription to store videos and images, or buy an SD card. This isn't disclosed until you've unpackaged it, set it up and are within the app when that page pops up. I have an SD card, and signed up for a subscription - I wasn't totally 'sure' that all video's would save on the card so played it safe.Sound quality is awesome and the nite vision is absolutely amazing. I wish the food tank was vacuum sealed like on another PetLibro model.All in All, I am super, super happy with this and it will allow me to have some peace while on my first vacation in 10 years. Husband will be home with the kitties, but I can't 'trust' him that he'll fill their bowls before he leaves for work in the morning or at nite before bed - sad really - so this will give me the ability to keep my babies fed and KNOW they'll get food! THANK YOU PETLIBRO!!! Highly recommended!!!

This dumb device connected to my Wi-Fi one r for about a week and ever since it won’t connect no matter what I had done resetting the device followed all instructions to reconnect I even change my Wi-Fi devices and router and passwords nothing work waste of money if it won’t connect to Wi-Fi

Es ist super, kein gekratzte mehr an der Tür.Es können bis zu sechs Mahlzeiten Programmiert werden.Die Edelstahlnäpfe sind leicht zu reinigen. Beim einfallen des Trockenfutters macht es „kling kling“ was uns jedoch nicht weiter stört.Der Automat wurde von Tag eins an gut angenommen.

Here’s a breakdown of my experience:Pros:Consistency: The feeder has been working as expected and I've had no major functionality issues.Voice Recording: One of the highlights is the ability to record a personal message. It's a thoughtful touch, making mealtime a bit more personal for my feline companions.Connectivity: The WiFi connection is robust. I haven’t experienced any disconnects, ensuring that I always have access to the camera and feeding features.Firmware Updates: The company seems to be proactive in addressing software glitches. I noticed improvements in movement recording after a recent firmware update.Cons:Food Dispensation: There seems to be a design oversight where the food tends to accumulate on one side near the output shoot. This once triggered a warning of a blockage, which could be a concern for potential buyers.Camera Quality: The camera quality is decent, but not exceptional.
