My biggest complaints are the WiFi connection when syncing to the app and the lack of time change during daylight savings. If you don't go into the app and "reset" the feeding times, it will be an hour off due to the time change.Otherwise, it works great and the battery backup means that even if we lose power and aren't home, it will be able to feed the cat and the alerts, along with the flashing light, when food is low is great.

Game changer for pet feeding. Programmable times and feed quantity. The app keeps you abreast of supply in feeder, Peace of mind when traveling. I use for my two rabbits. Each has his own separate feeder. Easy to charge and keep clean. One of them insists on removing the bowl, but the feeder will still dispense without bowl/plate in place which is perfect. When used in combination with Petlibro water fountain, pet feeding is simplified and consistent. The feeder is quiet, as well as the fountain. They haven't toppled it over because it is well balanced when filled. Even if you have a petsitter it is comforting to know that the feed times are consistent and this item works as described.

Ok so the only thing I didn’t like was the wifi connect issue when I first got it, I couldn’t connect it for the life of me. Got my bf involved and suddenly it was fixed. Turned out it wasn’t that difficult but I have a masters and couldn’t do it. So you might need someone techy to help you. It’s not Australian electric plug so I also had to buy a converter. Once these things are fixed you will be so happy with this machine!!I set it so my cat eats before I wake up, so she doesn’t wake me up for food. And reduces her meowing at me for food.We’re still using packet food at night so haven’t fully transferred but I think it will be amazing when we do.The battery life is fantastic. I left it off for a week and it was still at 80% but then I charged it and it went to 90% so not sure if it’s indicator is correct or it really does just have an insane battery life.It’s very solid. My cat has already tried breaking it open and failed. I now have it between some dumbbells so she can’t knock it over either way. It’s been a few weeks now so I think it’s safe to say it’s not easy to break into.I love that I can give her a little 5g snack if I’m at work if I want to just to make a little surprise in her day.The machine feels very good quality and looks very minimalist. And I’m quite a picky person.It does make a noise when the food hits the plate, so you need to have it somewhere it won’t wake you if feed her before you wake.It gives you alerts if there is a disconnection issue or the food is low.The app works so well with the machine I’ve had no issues. And it’s very user friendly.As long as her kitty litter is nice and clean I could go away for a day or two no worries. If it was longer I’d want someone to come clean her litter but otherwise could probably go away for a week or two with no issues.Could not recommend this more to cat owners.
