It was really good while it lasted, but I broke within the first month. My 8lb dog went too far and the leash extended to far and would not contract again after that.

La laisse est de piètre qualité. J’ai un corgi de ≈25 lbs, et la laisse s’est brisée lors de la première utilisation. Le distributeur de sac est également de mauvaise qualité, il ne cesse de se briser, j’ai dû en acheter un autre.

I had this product for 3 days, used it 3 times and it broke. My dog is not a big dog, he's around 10lbs.I reached out to the company and they are sending a replacement leash. Hopefully this one lasts longer.The replacement leash seems to be made better than the last one and has lasted longer.

Like having poop bags attached. Button to lock and release leash not reliable. Takes force to unlock. Once puppy is bigger will move to a more hefty one.

I have three small dogs and it has always been a circus to take them for a walk together. These leashes have made walk-time so much more enjoyable! First, the handhold is smaller and ergonomically designed so they don't feel bulky or awkward. The locks work well and are easy to lock and unlock. I enjoy the attachment of the poo-bags. No more tucking poo-bags into my jeans! I haven't used the little water bowls yet, but what a good idea, especially if you spend time at the dog park when it's warmer weather. It's not a good idea to allow your dogs to drink from a communal bowl, so the little individual water bowls are a big plus.

Very happy with my purchase especially the collar and retractable leash. My dog is over fifty pounds. I needed a retractable leash that held when she began to run after my cats. I’m pleased to report when I push down the button for the leash not to expand it stops! No skidding, slipping or stretching. I haven’t needed to use the dog bathroom bags as I don’t travel. Well worth the money, fast shipping, would purchase again from the seller.

The leash broke within a week. I have a small dog under 20lbs. The lock worked terribly to begin with, then stopped working entirely a few days later. The bags are so cheap and thin, you may as well be picking up poop with your hands. Even the bag holder fell apart during our walk. Don’t waste your money.

Title says it all.This is not a good quality product. You can tell as soon as you feel it work. It is VERY light weight, which likely means lightweight, plastic parts inside. It was also INCREDIBLY loud when applying the brake mechanism. The excessively loud plastic clanking/ratchet noises come from the "brake" fishing for a lock onto a gear/cog. Louder than any other brands I've used.Now, 1 year later all the insides have stripped when I applied the suspect brake. So now it doesn't retract well and won't brake or lock the ribbon at all.I should have returned it as soon as it arrived and I thought to myself: "Well, it isn't going to last long, but it's our secondary leash ... and the dog is 13."I give it a star for every 6 months it lasted.
