This carrier was phenomenal. I have two cats, one of whom is notorious for escaping from her carrier, this contained her for 24 hours worth of flying time, allowing her extra space once we were in the air. Cats were easily accessible during the flight due to multiple openings. Carrier folds down easily to take up minimal space when packing it, easy to reopen and set up. It met all of our airline's size requirements and allowed our cats to travel comfortably and securely. So grateful for this amazing product!

Unlike other carriers with a “dome” shape expandable top, this top is “rectangular” and maximizes the height so your pet isn’t limited on where in the carrier that they are sitting up or standing! The extra 5 inches that this expandable top gives my dog is a huge game changer! Other brands with the “dome” shape expandable top where it tappers on the sides so unless your pet is sitting up right in the center, their head will be squished on the sides! If you have a Puppy, there is NO indestructible soft carrier out there! You have to keep an eye on your puppy so that they don’t crew holes like other reviews have stated.

This is a compact carrier that grows to add room for our pet when sitting idle... very nice... the only problem for a puppy is that there was too much to chew on and he got one of the zippers! LOL

I could not be more happy with my purchase. I have a 6lb Pom and it was her 1st international flight. At first I got the series 1 but it was a bit too small for her I'm so happy that I ended up getting the series 2 with the expandable top. It was able to fit under the seat with out having to collapse it. She was able to stand up and move around with plenty of room to do her little spins before laying down to comfortably sleep. The bag itself is lightweight which is important when you're having to walk through large airports while carrying this on your shoulder. The shoulder strap is sturdy, and so is the bottom portion of the bag so even while I was walking she was able to sit comfortably. The mesh on all sides is breathable and she had a view of me at all times. The side pocket was also a life saver as I had easy access to wet wipes, diapers, snacks, and her water bottle. I did wish there was just one more side pocket but that's just me being nit picky. The zippers held up as well. Despite multiple long flights the bag is in perfect condition. I also noticed she was much more comfortable while in it during car rides as well. I very rarely leave product reviews but I just had to make sure to leave this one as I'm super happy I chose this one for our adventure. I look forward to using it again in the future.

This carrier worked very well for us. My girl is tall and skinny (9.5 lbs but 11 inches at her shoulder) which meant other carriers gave her no head room unless all the way open. This carrier allowed her to stand because of the extendable top while we were in the airport, and when she was sleeping during the flight, fit under the seats (ALWAYS check the dimensions of the seats of the plane you’ll be on, don’t trust the general guidelines the airlines give!) The strap is sturdy, the pocket is a nice touch, I felt the material is secure. My dog traveled very well, so I didn’t have to put this through any serious strain, though it does seem it would hold up well.

We moved from Singapore back to the US with our two cats. The poor things spent many hours stuck inside these carriers during our travel. The carriers worked very well though. The different access panels are helpful. The height extension is nice. Our first flight allowed 11” in height but a connecting flight only allowed 9”. Having the ability the adjust the height was very helpful. Overall it feels durable and sturdy and the mesh feels strong. It was also nice to have the strap that attaches the carrier to the carryon’s handle to wheel it along on top. The only small downside is when you hold it by the handles, it squeezes the carrier a bit making it narrower. My cats didn’t seem to mind much though. It’s a great product for such a reasonable price.

My 13 lb. Havanese fit perfectly for her plane trip. It is easy to get her in and out. Great quality construction!! Love this pet carrier!!❤️
