Very well constructed! Love the wheels. My cats are larger in size and this carrier fits them beautifully. No more squeezing my 23 in length cat into those 12 in x 12 in carriers! Easy up and easy fold down. Carrier fits in storage bage with wheel in-place. Bought two and no regrets!

Love the spacious room and it fits right under the seat in front of me on the airplane. Love the ease of wheeling my pup around the airport and then you can remove it from the base to store under the seat.

I recently purchased this traveler bag for my Frenchie. She is between 20-25 lbs and the traveler bag kept her comfortable and secure. As the travel progresses, she entered the bag on her own.

This bag is well designed with zippered openings on each end and at the top. The metal detachable "dolley" that the bag attaches to was a huge help at the airport. It allowed us to wheel the cart through the airport similar to a stroller. Then you simply undo the large velcro straps to remove the carrier from the metal cart when boarding. This was so much easier than other carriers we had to lug through the airport. A 14lb. dog starts to feel like a 50lb. dog after carrying it around for long periods. However, beware of the size. This bag is slightly bigger than a lot of other airline approved bags. It fits under the seats of Porter Airlines because they have larger seats on their aircraft. It may exceed the standards of some other airlines. Otherwise, I highly recommend this bag.

My Frenchie is a little tank at 33lbs & he’s a little tall and long for the breed, but this carrier worked great for him. I flew United (first class) with no issues, but I’m not sure they would’ve allowed this carrier in economy because it’s a little bigger. You have to detach the wheel base to slide it under your seat, so that was extra work, but worth it since I could pull him around the airport. The flight attendants also allowed him to poke his head out throughout the flight, which kept him from feeling confined & anxious.Of note, he easily fit inside the carrier with it fully closed, and he could lay down and easily turn around as needed. He was not cramped in the carrier at all, but the space under the seat was cramped because the airline makes you push the carrier deep under the seat. That aside, the trip went smooth for the most part.Quick PSA — I highly recommend packing a decent-sized portable fan - not the tiny hand-held fans. I packed a 3-speed USB fan & a travel battery pack to keep it powered (3-4hrs). I purchased both on Amazon before the trip. Thank goodness I did because the plane was very hot & stuffy since it’s winter. His carrier was in a small space under the seat & we almost had a heat emergency. He became agitated & started heavy panting within minutes of us boarding the plane & getting settled. He would’ve overheated very quickly if I didn’t have a fan. I immediately hung it inside one end of the carrier to circulate cool air & he began to settle down after about five minutes.Again, this event was due to the temperature inside the plane, not because of the pet carrier. This pet carrier is great! But the entire flight was hot/stuffy & the fan was a life-saver for sure!

This carrier is perfect in every way. Tess loved it from out of the box, climbing in and making it a little 'safe' getaway. She curled up after exploring and went to sleep. Rolled around the airport happy inside. She could poke her head out the top, see outside the upper, sides and forward, so not frightening. Though tall inside, the design allows the carrier to 'squash' down for under the seat. Great design to be able to remove the wheels and out in the overhead. A perfect, happy trip to head in cabin to Kauai! Thank you to the owner of the New York company, who rescued me from Tess happily having gnawed on the zipper before we left ---- "Owner Failure Only" I'd left it out for her happy occupancy prior to trip. Owner sent me a second one over night for our trip, without charge! I gave the other to a seamstress to use for her dog. No service exceeds that. (I guess he liked my funny self deprecating guilty email. Above and beyond! Thank you. Thank you. It's a perfect get away for hotel trips; she loves to curl up inside. Cozy.

This made flying w my 5yr old 16 lb pup so much easier. The design is very clever. The zippers even have a little snap feature to make them extra secure. (I didn't realize that until after my trip!).The way the carrier attaches to the frame is easy to use. The six wheels really keep it stable and it glides along easily.It fits on Delta airlines but I know it won't fit on JetBlue. I will say it's a little hard to get it underneath the seat, especially if you're at the window. It's wider than the space between the super front of you and your seat so it takes a little maneuvering. I made a rookie mistake on the way down... I was rushing and took the carrier off the frame but I didn't think that the other attached part of the velcro needed to cover up the velcro. This probably makes no sense until you actually do it. So what happened was that I put the carrier down and started to push it underneath the seat and it really didn't budge. The flight attendant said it was fine just as long as my legs could fit on either side of the carrier and still would be in my area. So the plane lands and now I have to leave. It took me and another person to unstick this from the carpet of the airplane. It must have been the velcro sticking. It was like crazy blue on your fingers! That's how stuck it was!So remember when you take it off the frame to make sure that the velcro is covered with the other half of the velcro. This is a great item and I think we will get a lot of use out of it!

The top is rounded and flexible to adjust and fit under airline seat to all of this furbabies that weigh 15-20# but stand a little taller - to comfortably fit inside and be able to lay and turn.Comes with a roller dolly as well, if needed. It’s removable…but keep in mind it will be counted as a carry on piece unless you can put it inside your carry on.The ONLY reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was the pricing. If I could’ve just bought the carrier without dolly as an option, I think that would’ve been a better pricing since I don’t require the dolly.
