The bag and the items come with that are great. The pad is washable and in total my cat and I are so happy with this carrier.

I'm so happy with the quality of this cat carrier & the assemolabage of the included accessories is so excellent for the value of the cost of the product. I bought this as an emergency to-to go bag for my cat after the Eaton Palescades fires in Los Angeles...but,bi also needed it for protein vet visits. I'm so happy with the quality, size, & color for the asking price it's a win. I love the reflective stripe on the side. The Quality of the Carrier is Outstanding & the TLC of all the accessories are excellent. I can trust my cat isn't going to fall out of this carrier because the stitching is solid & high quality. The Reflective Safety strip on the side is one of my favorite features. Very high Quality for the Value.

To start this carrier is definitely not big enough for a 20lb cat, not even a 15lb cat. It is probably best for a 10-12lb cat. My cat weighs 16lbs and I had to stuff him into this carrier to take him to the vet yesterday, he barely fit end to end and there was absolutely no room for him to move. Fortunately it was a short trip to and from the vet, so he wasn’t in it for long. It arrived a few days before his appointment but I didn’t open the box until yesterday. (My bad)The positives for the carrier are, it is well made, the zippers are good as well as the material.If you have an average size cat or small this carrier is perfect.

i got this because i was traveling somewhere on a 12 hour car ride and did not expect my cat to be so well behaved, i dont know if he felt extra comfortable in this carrier or what but he pretty much slept the whole ride and when he was awake he wasnt meowing out or trying to get out at all. theres padding at the bottom which is nice but i added more because it wasnt as soft as i hoped, it's also extremely easy to carry around, it has a over the shoulder strap and handles on each side. it was super easy to put my cat in, and the pockets in the side are really useful, i feel like this should definitely cost more for the quality of it.

Really great deal for the price! The carrying case is a great size and comes with a really soft pad at the bottom that my cats instantly took to! But more than that, it's breathable on all sides and my cats both love that they can see out of it. This is my second case and now both of my cats prefer this one!Now for the bonus: I love all the additionals you get with this order. I've started to use the harness for leash training my cats and it's made of good durable material! The portable water/foos cup is really great for the car and to just keep for emergencies. And now I have an extra comb, nail file, and furniture leaner, all made of really good quality. Overall happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a good starter package!
