I started these corns on my very sunny windowsill. A green leafy started to grow up until about 5" and then died.I then put them on my terrace and nothing happened. So disappointed ranunculus is one of my favorite flowers.

Beautiful and hardy! My second year in zone 6b with these corms. I pull them after they fade in the summer and set them out in the late fall in a hoop house. More of the same gorgeous blooms on year two! Read up on ranunculus before attempting. After two attempts previously- it’s crazy that some previous purchases suggest these can bloom in the summer. They’re cool weather blooms and do best if planted in fall or even late winter depending on your zone. Don’t attempt to plant after March honestly- they will not grow well and will likely turn to mush in the ground. In my zone we are done for the year on the ranunculus blooms in late May.If you find this review helpful let me know!

Smallest bulbs I've ever bought. Only one bloom this spring. Compared to bulbs purchased from a local nursery which all bloomed. Waste of money.

They are already coming up! I am in Southern California so this is normal- I should get another set to plant a second wave, but I hate to do it until I see them in bloom! Company is great and caring, so I expect the best!

I will plant these but am not overly optimistic of their growing much. I am appalled that I paid such a high price for these small corms. I certainly expected larger ones like I can usually find in stores. I'm in California where we can plant much later in the season. However, our stores where I live don't take that into account so I had to order on-line. I am hopeful that I will be able to revise this review to say that the plants coming from the tiny corms are beautiful. Don't waste your money on this high price. Most of the corms are no bigger than a dime.
