I've had this a couple of months now and it works great buttons and all.

The Perixx PERIPAD-506 is a functional wired touchpad. It offers a decent size for comfortable navigation and has good tracking accuracy. I found the multi-touch gestures for Windows to be responsive, making it easy to scroll, zoom, and right-click. However, I did notice a slight lag at times, particularly when performing quick, successive movements. I assume it's user error and will get better with time, but I figured it was worth noting.

The texture is rough and the surface is not very sensitive you have to press a lot more than usual (than what I'm used to). Note that the cable port on the plastic version is placed on the side. On the good side the pad is very big and all gestures fine. Both clicking and pressing works and there is a switch on the back to change this behavior. The price is good but the rough surface really does not work for me, I'll be switching to another one that a glass surface.

This touchpad is a sleek and practical addition to any workspace. Its large surface makes navigation smooth, and the slim profile is perfect for compact setups. Great for those who prefer a touchpad over a mouse. I wish it was wireless and felt a little more substantial but it does the job okay.

I got this to use solely as part of my travel work set up. It is very light. That downside is that it doesnt feel as nice as something made out of tempered glass. However I am also not worried about breaking it when I am on the move.Touch sensitivity is pretty good but not as accurate as something like the apple track pad. the gestures work decently enough but windows lags behind Mac in this department. I can't fault the track pad for that though. That is a windows issue. The toucpad itself works with multiple gestures that do make navigating windows.The one downside is that this is wired. However I think the wireless version has a raised bump around the edge, which I am not a fan of. The surface of this version is uniform across making operation pretty smooth for me. I dont mind using it wired since I already plug my keyboard in since a functional wireless version is not yet available (keebio iris split). I also use a monitor, so one additional cable is not a big deal to me, however I recognize that this might be a deal breaker for others. If you dont mind wired, this is the perfect travel touchpad.

What I like about this large trackpad that’s wired is that it does resemble the bigger one from Apple and they even have some of the same maneuvers when using it too. So I like that they made one for windows, even though it is wired, I like that it is wired because then I won’t lose it or try to use that one for my Mac computer. I like that it is super easy to set up, you just plug it into your laptop and it kind of detects and sets up. I think it’s super functional, especially if you’re looking at your computer screen all day and you need it to get bigger just to have a change of view you could just be your work laptop to your TV and use that on the couch cause that’s what I’ve been doing and it’s been helping out a lot with being stationary all day. I do like that. It is a little on the heavier side, but it weighs it down when you move your fingers so I’m okay with that.The only thing I didn’t like about this trackpad was there are some instances where it was kind of I guess glitching or trying to learn from my maneuvers with my swiping. And it really does take a little bit for you to get used to the sensitivity on this mouse too.Overall, I think it’s an excellent trackpad for the Windows computer, one that is really similar to the bigger one from Apple as well, and I’m so happy that I got one for this windows computer because it really has helped with days when I have to work from home. I will recommend this mouse and trackpad to all my friends and family, and to anyone that’s looking for a trackpad for their windows computer, then I would also recommend this to you too.

I recently switched from working on a laptop over to a desktop and realized that I didn't have a touchpad anymore. I don't use it too often, but the pinch zoom feature sometimes works better than ctrl +/- for zooming. Another cool feature that I discovered while using this, is the ability to use it with a pen. As a test, I opened Microsoft Paint and was able to use it like a small drawing tablet!The size of this touchpad is quite large and navigating the entire length of the screen is no problem. My only issue is with the position of the USB-C port on the side. I would have preferred this to be on the back next to the power switch. This is because it interferes with where I want to place it. However, a 90-degree cable will suffice just as well.All in all, I can easily recommend this as it connects up right away, is easily adjustable inside of your computer settings and is a good size.

Was fairly easy to set up and get working, looks nice and neat on the desk, and it’s straightforward to use.It looks very well-made, and once set up works flawlessly.Ideal for things like signatures, et cetera people signing in that kind of thing. Or if you just want small trackpad..Happy to recommend, good value for money, works well

I have tried other touchpads on my desktop running Win 10, but they were not recognized by the OS so there was no way to adjust any settings for the touchpad. This one, however, was immediately recognized and "Touchpad" appeared as an option in Settings-> Devices, allowing adjustment of the touchpad's behavior. The touchpad is very responsive and is working well so far. My only complaint is the location of the USB-C port - a port on the rear, rather than on the side, would be better for my setup. I've ordered a right-angle USB-C to USB-A cable to deal with it.

I don't use Windows often. I have one windows laptop in my entire household and it's an older HP laptop that runs Windows 10. It's got a tiny trackpad on it, especially when you compare it to my apple laptops. I got this trackpad to make it somewhat comparable to the size of trackpad I'm used to.The trackpad was automatically recognized by the OS and drivers were automatically installed. The gestures worked "out of the box". The "click" button is kind of neat in that you can disable the 3 buttons on the bottom by sliding the switch to off. This is my default. The reasons why I only gave it 4 stars are that it's very lightweight and feels hollow. When you do use the buttons, because of that hollowness, they are louder than they need to be. The surface also has a texture to it that I don't particularly care for.And for anyone who is curious, this does not work with Apple machines. It's not recognized as a pointing device.
