The arm of my rear windshield wiper broke from the car wash. Well it wouldn't come off for me to replace the arm. Sprayed a little WD40 and using this tool it popped right off!

Probably works, but it's cheaply made and not durable.

I used this to try and pull Bicycle cranks off of a bicycle... This is not the intended purpose of this tool.It was under advisement from a BikeBerry representative though trying to help me out.I can see however how this product while it may be effective in loose gear pulling, certainly has a way to go when it comes to the quality versus the cost... The metal is very soft, and I can't imagine it being used for it's original intended purpose for very long.Overall disappointing, and while i was using it for a extended use case, it failed spectacularly in very little effort. The Crank shaft likely can output as much as 8X the amount of force required to break the lever arms in this tool.

This puller worked great for what I needed it to do when repairing my lawn care equipment. I can see it's going to be great for other small hobby and future small engine repair. I can see it isn't designed nor built for large mechanical uses.

I used this puller to remove the flywheel on my lawn mower. It did not do the job. The thin material used was bent and not able to remove the flywheel. I returned for a refund and purchased one that was twice the price. That did the job.

The main screw is just tapped through sheet metal that is way too thin. The threads skip at the slightest application of force. Absolutely useless, this product shouldn’t exist. You’re better off attempting to pull whatever you’re pulling with your bare hands.

I was attempting to remove a windshield wiper from the motor spindle. The device fit over the flange of the wiper assembly and had good contact in the gap between the wiper and the motor spindle, and the jaws were parallel to each other. Centering the pin on the spindle I started to turn using the provided handle. After 3-4 complete turns, the jaws bent outwards (putting the jaw faces at an angle) and the device slipped off the wiper. The jaws are now permanently bent. I didn't "over torque" the device and just used hand strength. I ended up using a pry bar to remove the wiper from the spindle, with minimal effort.

Don't expect to pull anything over a few inches with this. The finish has held up really well for the amount of abuse it's taken, but the long flats that sit behind the gear have bent over time, and it tends to slip off of whatever you're pulling unless you hold the flats together. Much better than a screwdriver or a hammer, but not an end all be all.

This didn’t do the job. Bent the jaws and handle. Might work ok on lighter work

This is a small, light-weight, low-torque puller. I wanted it for limited-access applications where a more normal puller will not fit. The only down-side: "low-torque" puller. If you have a pulley which is really "on there," this puller will bend, break, fail.Kind of like what they sometimes sell as a battery terminal puller. Not a general-use puller.
