I returned the stool. it was never used . the box was opened but that was all. No marks or anything on it. The size didn't work. Amazon has the stool and will not refund my money. Needless to say I won't purchase again.

I used these "2' stools to raise my "2" tower surround sound speakers from my hardwood floors in my new home order not to scratch the floors. They are very strongly built and look vey elegant as well beside my wood cabinet that contains my amplifier.

This stool was purchased for an elderly woman who needed help getting in bed. I am happy to say it works perfectly. It has not slipped, is very sturdy, and is attractive. She feels comfortable using the stool to climb in and out of bed, and that is important as well. It comes at a very affordable price and looks much more expensive. It was very easy to put together. My son did it in minutes. Overall very happy with the quality, appearance, and price of this stool.

Love the look Could you do a lower height version as being only 5ft in height need another 1”1/4 to wash up at the sink and not have water run back up my sleeves

This item is quite attractive and well-finished. It is quite low for a step stool, but it can also be used as a foot stool, and, as my spouse found, a very nice computer monitor stand. Would recommend.Deducting one star because the item I received was slightly defective in that one of the bolt holes was slightly misaligned and when I attempted to correct this, the metal bolt seat loosened from the wood, spinning freely and preventing that bolt from tightening completely. Didn't really affect the look or the function of the step stool though.

I use this for stepping into my soaker tub as it’s raised off the ground and this is sturdy and good looking in my bathroom.

Terrific little step that gives my small, elderly dogs a boost to climb over a high door frame onto my balcony. The step is a lovely dark wood that will blend into most interiors. Well made and finished nicely - very easy to put together. A good price for real wood too, I make a conscious effort to buy as many natural materials as possible and so many of the alternatives were fragile looking plastic.It really is only a very small step up, so make sure you measure as I am sure many people would require something a little higher but this suits my needs perfectly.
