Step 1
Open the back cover from the indicated end.
Step 2
Slide the button on the side to reveal the ink roller path and thread the roll through.
Step 3
Trim around 10 inches (approximately 25 labels) from the Monarch 1131 label roll and discard. This is to prevent adhesive jams in the gun.
Step 4
Flip the back cover to close it.

I have a business and we use these all the time. I have bought many of these and they hold up well, are easy to use. Only drawback- don’t leave them outside where they will get wet. If this happens then start to stick and it makes them difficult to advance

Isn't as good as the first one I bought years ago. The 5 isn't printing all the way and tax rarely prints on the far right when being used.

After trying 2 cheap ones (20 bucks each), I broke down and got this one... worth every penny! It is smooth, fast, no issues, clear print. A bunch of options... I wish I had gotten this the first time. I love it. Priced about 85 items right out of the box and it was perfect!
