This label gun comes ready to use straight from the box. It is pretty easy to use, changing the numbers, dates, etc. is a bit tedious, especially if you have individual item prices. However, it's great if you have bulk items with bulk pricing. The gun comes with a small roll of labels already fed and primed into the gun, along with 2 additional ink rolls, and 8 rolls of additional labels. It will last forever...

This replaces an infrequently used name brand price gun I've owned 20+ years. My first impression was it's not as heavy-duty, but I like everything else about it. It's faster and easier to load and more importantly, to align which is a big deal with little stickers. It's lightweight and comfortable in my hand which is important when pricing in bulk.The stickers work great on both plastic and paper surfaces and are easily removable (at least early on). The generous supply of stickers along with 2 ink cartridges is helpful as are the instructions provided. Information is given for ordering more stickers and ink (mine came with a coupon). A website and 800 number are given for reordering or just asking questions and are on the gun as well which means no more second guessing what to order.

I ordered this Perco Plus 1-Line Price Marking gun to price items for my retail space. I found this one easier to use than other similar options. Also, the price is really great. I've been using this for about a month, pretty steadily, and have not had any issues.

Perco Plus 1-Line Price Marking Gun with Labels Kit - Includes 1-Line 8-Character Band Price Labeler Gun, 9,000 Blank White Labels, a Label Scraper, and an Extra Inker- Same Band as Monarch 1131-01I needed something to price tag the items listed for garage sales, something that will allow me to print different prices on the fly rather than have to have pre-printed computer generated labels. This is price gun is pretty easy to use even for someone who's not used to do commercial pricing. The extra inker is great and I think I may be even able to reink it the same way one will reink the older type of ink pads, just rolling liquid ink onto the surface. Large number of labels should have me covered for a very long time too.
