This arrived today and has already saved me a great deal of time in safely blocking out sensitive information. I was using a thick sharpie but this requires less effort and does a much better job.

I've only used it a few times but it has done what I wanted - blocks out information (address) which I wanted to cover. Haven't needed to change ink cartridge but I'm glad replacements were included.

MY RATING SCALE:* I can’t believe this product/item is even available for sale on Amazonhe quality of the top is good, with neat and even topstitching, well sewn . There are so many issues with it that I can’t recommend it to anyone. Do not purchase.** Product/item doesn’t meet my expectations. I wish I would’ve passed on ordering it. I certainly wouldn’t order it again. There are multiple issues and I can not recommend it. Potential buyers order at your own discretion.*** An average item/product. I like it, I might or might not reorder it, and if I recommend it, it’s with stipulations. For the roller stamp and three ink refills, $12.99 is a great price for peace of mind…the price at the time of my review. The stamp’s roller is wide enough to cover most addresses, it rolls effortlessly on the paper and the cover fits snuggly to prevent the ink from drying out. I am very pleased with this item, will definitely order more ink for this when it runs out, and I highly recommend this set to anyone that needs an easy and inexpensive solution to assist in safeguarding their private information.

This Identity Protection stamp is useful and convenient. For those who get fed up with jam-prone shredders, this is a good alternative for disposing of sensitive documents. Simple to use: just remove the bottom cover and roll away. It sets down a thick covering of ink that obliterates all writing. Its roller is covered with ink so it can get messy if you are not careful. And of course, the question is, how long will it last. In my experience, such rollers tend to dry up. This model does not come with a bottle/tube of ink for replenishing.

Very happy with this purchase. It really covers up info you don't want to throw in the trash. And, I don't have to go down to the basement to the shredder anymore.
