I was really looking forward to using this product, and initially, it worked fine. However, after just five uses, it completely stopped heating up. I’ve charged it numerous times, thinking that might be the issue, but it still won’t function properly.It’s incredibly frustrating because I followed all the instructions and took care of the product as recommended. For something that seemed promising, the lack of durability is a huge letdown.At this price point, I expected much better reliability. I’ve reached out to customer service to see if anything can be done, but for now, I cannot recommend this product to anyone. If you’re looking for something long-lasting, I’d suggest considering other options.

I use this product to cover all my labels. I now have a sense of relief know that when I throw my old mail away my personal information will not be comprised. The product is very affordable. I am happy with this purchase.

I use this heat press pen in my art class to let students create fabric and paper art. It is easy to use and efficient, and can help students easily complete the heat pressing of various patterns. In a recent class project, students used the heat press pen to make beautiful fabric cards and decorations, and the results were satisfactory. I am very satisfied with the product and quality.

I find it very useful. Every time I sign a document, I use it to smear my signature, which not only prevents others from forging my identity through signatures, but also protects my personal information. This small protection tool not only makes me feel more at ease, but also increases my attention to personal privacy. It is worth having!

I totally misunderstood what this was, I thought it was an ink roller that you dashed across information you did not want out there, but it's a THERMAL pen, and being that most prescriptions are printed on thermal paper, but gliding this device over the prescription information on your bottle or whatever, it completely obscures it. Blocks it in a black blob so you no longer see what was on there. And it works GREAT! :D. It took me a while to figure it out, though, because it's got a safety catch. Once on, it will only heat up when pressed against whatever you're trying to get rid of. The footprint is not very big, but it's enough to quickly and efficiently cover the prescription info on a pill bottle with a few swipes. I love it! A++

This is a pretty cool pen. I mainly use it for its box cutter feature. I do agree with another review that when this blade goes dull, that will be that. There isn't a way to replace the blade. The heat feature is really handy. I have been using that to seal my five year old's half eaten single serve chip bags. Lol!
