I had the same original RAID card fail on a Dell R730 server so I decided to shop here on Amazon to find this gem. Once we received and installed it without connecting the drives, first thing we did was to flash the firmware to the latest available code. After connecting the drives, this controller recognized the array configuration from the connected drives. A prompt popped up to import, pressed YES and the rest was history. We were back in business!Long story short, no issues, part was in excellent condition and more importantly, it arrived on time. Five stars overall! 🙌🏼
