We owned the exact grinder that was mounted to a nice hand-lathed wooden pepper mill, but I broke the old grinder. This one was a perfect replacement. It was very easy to fit onto my existing Peper and it looks great and operates great.

The template is the wrong size and does no good. The screws are soft and cam out easy, especially because you can’t get a screwdriver directly over the screw. I have a decent work shop and I had to make this work.

This is a fun project, nicely designed...the only thing I might change is the option to match the wood/color on the turn handle to the project wood...perhaps be able to make that as well.
