Overall, this works wonderful for my HP22 Pellet Stove! However, the instructions were very poorly written. The instructions were written for one model, and had a QR code to access an installation YouTube video. For the HP22, neither the video or instructions were completely accurate. It's important to note that there are parts included in this package that do not apply to the HP22, such as the cover plate or some of the smaller pieces for cable management. This also comes with an accessory cable that is not needed for the HP22 that controls the stove to the computer module. The instructions SHOULD include information for ALL THREE of the stove models that this is compatible with; not just for one stove, since they have different parts. Since this hopper works for 3 stoves, there should be three separate instructional videos and 3 sets of instructions specific to the stove model.

This is an absolute must if you bought the comfort built Hp22. The stove is awesome but the extension completely makes the difference. You don't have to worry about pellets getting all over the place and it adds many more hours of use before you have to fill the stove again.

Package arrived 4 days early. No instructions, contacted support. They responded almost immediatly even on a weekend sent video instructions. I was able to install in about 20 min.Comfort Bilt is an excellant company with high quality products and excellent support team. All of my experiences with them have been positive.

This hopper extension works like a champ. It doubles the amount of time our stove can run without needing a refill. It's pretty simple to install, other than the hopper lid button, which is a bit of a PITA to extend.Make sure you get the cable extended before you start screwing everything into place. The instructions that come with it aren't very good, but the process is pretty straightforward, other than that switch and cable.One other thing to consider is putting a cloth or something in the hopper when you are handling the hardware to prevent problems if you drop something.

I was dealing with a lot of pellet bridging on my HP21 so I bought this as suggested by Comfortbilt. It definitely helps because it increases your hopper capacity but it’s a shame that the pellet stove bridges so much. Overall the product installed relatively easier but I need to contact tech support because the instructions were missing a couple key steps.
