We ordered this stove and it has been JUNK. Work well for 3 weeks, then the blow motor went. It requested another. The customer service was deplorable. You can NOT speak to someone directly, its only by email. They took days to respond. I am again having issues with this LEMON and have ben emailing customer service for 6 days with NO resolution. I spoke with a local pellet stove shop, they indicate that they also can ever get another to speak to. Do not buy these stoves!!!

This should I've had missing bolts that were not evident in the unboxing. Support is a nightmare. Manual pictures and settings don't reflect this new model with new motherboard.The support team will not do a phone call and I have tried troubleshooting all the things on my own to no avail.Now the support team is emailing me but no suggestions have been given. It is just passing time maybe until the return time is passed.No documentation on how to install new gaskets. (May be a given to some)No solutions just time wasted for an expensive purchase.Nice that there are many safety features and settings but that doesn't help when it won't run well for more than 12 hours and we can't determine why.

The mother board went out after only a couple of weeks. It took many calls, texts and emails back and forth before they finally sent a new one. Now it's working great!

The product is great but AMAZON states I have not received it yet!!!???!!! I am really hoping I do NOT have another stove get delivered and me get billed BUT I have no clue who to contact about this issue so I figured writing a review might help me prevent this mistake. PLEASE HELP ME clear this issue up AMAZON and Comforbilt.

The hopper is very large holding several bags of pellets and the stove effectively warms a large area. Very happy with it

I replaced my old castle pellet stove with this new HP42 comfortbilt.Holds three bags of pellets, very nice. Old Castle couldn't even hold a whole bag. This one has thermostat setting to maintain desired temperature. Turns itself completely off. Temp drops 5 degrees and turns itself back on just like a forced air furnace. Now burning less pellets and have a comfortable home temperature 24/7

This stove replaced a much older one and it has been soooo worth it. We are using so few pellets, it burns efficiently with low ash, and the three bag capacity is great. Easy to clean too.

Love the HP42 it’s bigger then what I needed but I’m not going to complain it sure is gonna keep me toasty this winter In Pennsylvania I’ll be able to sit around in a tshirt and shorts. Very well made only thing it didn’tLike was the burn off smell when first used best to fill it alittle outside and do what the directions says not what I did in the house. But all and all easy hook up and really warms the house it’s diffently a 5star for my three English Mastiff
