I ordered this mini portable pedal exercise bike for use while watching TV or working from home, and it’s been a solid piece of equipment. It’s lightweight, foldable, and portable, making it easy to store under my futon or in a closet. However, I’ve found it slides around on hard floors, even with the rubber pads. It works much better on carpeted surfaces, so I recommend using it in a carpeted room if possible. Despite that, it’s a great way to burn calories without taking up much space, and I’d still recommend it for those who work from home.

Works great if you have something to lean it against, the slip-resistant mat didn't work for me, however, I wasn't sitting high up. It may work better if you are more on top of it. It works great to keep my newly replaced knee in motion!

I bought this as a gift for a friend. She has had a couple of small strokes.She was very pleased with the gift. It is sturdy and doesn't require assembly.

I had read the other reviews but for the cost, I wasn't expecting much. But it's actually good for what I need. In the morning as I'm reading my book or playing a game on my phone, I just put down these pedals and move my legs. I'm not expecting to turn into Lance Armstrong so I'm not hustling through it. I just want to be able to do a little something throughout the day. It comes with a little mat and for the most part it will keep it in place. I enjoy it and I would not have any plans to return it.

There's not very much resistance, even when tightened all the way, and it will loosen over a short period of time. It's great if you're only needing movement in your arms or legs, but not so much if you need to push against resistance.
