My 8 year old said she thinks she needs glasses. This 10 ft distance eye chart was cheap so I bought it to give her a simple test. Hung it on the wall and stand 10 feet away and sure enough she needs to have her eyes checked by a professional now to confirm and get glasses. Now I take the eye chart to parties and people love it for an activity. Some also then realize their vision isn't as great as they thought!

I was having some trouble with my eyes. This was a big help in narrowing down what exactly the problem was.

I am not sure why bought it but it's a great product. I have no use for it though.

Chart can be read from 10 feet away for a 20 foot equivalent measurement. It is sent rolled up and must be trained to lie flat with mounting. High quality printing and materials. I use it for practicing my personal vision therapy. I can track my improvement from only 10 feet from the chart as the smaller printed rows begin to clear from doing eye exercises and using the chart during my practicing.

Great eye chart. The standard Snellen Chart needs to be used at a distance of 20 feet away, which is extremely difficult to achieve in most rooms. A standard bedroom is 12 feet x 12 feet, which is too small to achieve the 20 foot distance. This chart is conveniently designed for a 10 foot distance, so it can be used in most rooms. As to the product itself, it is like a thin hard plastic, so it is durable. As other reviewers have said, it comes rolled up and will "refuse" to straighten, almost regardless of what you do. It is determined to be rolled up in the same shape as a tube, which is admittedly irritating. So you will definitely need to tack up the corners so it is flat. HOWEVER, if you do that, it will work out just fine. (See attached picture). Considering you are a getting an accurate 10ft chart and that it is durable, and once tacked up, you have a functional chart, I think it is worth the cost. If you absolutely don't want to buy a chart that is not flat, then you'll have to look elsewhere. However, if you read some of the reviews of these more expensive "flat" versions, they end often getting wrecked and wrinkled in delivery (sometimes to become unusable). So as long as you are willing to tack this up, this is probably the best option and most reasonably priced, of all of the 10 foot options (which are limited, since most charts are designed for a 20 foot distance).

Me gusta porque la podré usar a la Interperie y a tres meteos de distancia, lo cual es bueno por el espacio reducido. La uso para ejercicios de rehabilitación de los ojos.

It rolls into a coil and is not usable. I tried to make it flat but not doable.

This Snellen chart came in a small parchment style packaging. It was rolled up; but very easy to un-roll and straighten up. Thanks for the instruction set for those who face difficulty in straightening. The material is sturdy and the hole is easy to hang on a door or wall during home usage. The package also includes a sheet of "pecula" stickers to hold the chart, yet I recommend using clear tapes which worked best.I use it for my daily eye acuity check-up. The greatest benefit is that one may back-off more than 10-feet to challenge themselves during their eye exercise and by doing so they improve their own vision gradually.

The chart itself is printed well and on a durable material. It comes rolled tightly in a small cardboard box. That is what seems to have caused the issue I have with the product. I have not been able to get the product flat for hanging on a door or wall. You'll have to tape or secure all corners. I've tried rolling it the other direction for a couple of days, laying under heavy books, and trying a blow dryer to heat it a bit. I don't recommend the blow dryer. It's too hot.It works for what I needed, a temporary eye chart.
