- A Snellen chart is an eye chart that can be used to measure visual acuity. Snellen charts are named after the Dutch ophthalmologist Herman Snellen, who developed the chart in 1862. The most well-known eye chart is used to judge visual acuity by recognizing the capital letters.
- This print is NOYOC's rendition of the Snellen eye chart. The white background and off-white lettering give this eye chart a great vintage look. Printed with archival inks on thick fine plastics that has a natural white color and matte finish.
- The Snellen eye chart is the chart with big letters at the top and gradually smaller letters under it down to 20/20 or better. The chart also contains red, green, yellow and blue color bars for an easy color vision test.

Letters per row rate your vision as in optometrist. I had eye procedure done that went totally wrong and after removing patch and allow to heal this helps by letting me test my vision to see improvement

I use this chart to check the optical quality of rifle scopes used on my precision target rifles. It easily allows you to resolve the smaller characters and do a side-by-side with different optics.A big plus is that it's weatherproof. A bit of spray glue to a board and you're all set. I don't leave mine at the range all the time. Florida weather is tough of stuff outside!

This eye test chart has very clear lettering that is only marginally slightly different to the specification size and having no impact on a eye test using it. It came rolled up and would return to a rolled up chart if unrolled and then released. I rolled the chart up in the opposite direction and kept it in that position for weeks thinking that it would straighten the chart, but it hasn't overcome the natural memory in the plastic and rerolls the other way again. The chart came with adhesive pads to attach to a surface but I haven't used them so don't know if they would overcome the curl in the plastic. The chart is okay if hung and weighted at the bottom.

Make sure you have 20 feet to work with and room lighting is good. It is nice to take a home test and check everyone's vision.

As an eye chart it does what it says (obviously), but where it had been rolled for so long and is springy, it just won’t stay on the wall. It would need to be in a frame to be of much use.

The product itself is nice and good quality. However, I ordered this twice because the first one came in bent despite the packaging saying, "do not bend." The second one came in bent also. It came in an envelope that had the do not bend warning on it, and the envelope was in a mailer bag, which did not have this warning. My suggestion to the supplier would be to consider shipping it in a box to ensure product arrives flat.
