This review is for Tire Pressure Control System Wheel Speed Sensor for Mercedes Benz 2009-2020 W177 X290 W247 C118 X118 C257 A238 C238 W213 W463 W222 V222 X222 Peat# 0009054104 0009052102Brand: BomunikGreat sensors - Functioned perfectly with my Xtool TP150 for setting up and learning. You'll need a manual tire bead breaker (I bought a Vevor), a programming tool (the Xtool is great), and then go watch a youtube or two. Really not that bad, a set of 4 took me an hour and a half from start to finish and I had to figure out what I was doing.Taking your vehicle to the tire store will easily set you back $50-75 per tire depending on if you do when you are already changing your tires or not. But these things never die right when you are changing your tires! They wait until about 5000 miles AFTER you change your tires for maximum expense... DIY and save a boatload of money. It is cheaper to buy all of the tools and equipment for the very first set.And if you throw in the towel or really don't want to deal with the tires yourself, get the sensors and a scan tool and then take the tires in to a local indy tire dealer. If they don't have to deal with putting them on the car, programming them, etc., you can get a pretty dang good deal on just replacing the sensors - probalby 1/3-1/2 of what it would cost otherwise.MAKE SURE: When you buy these, some stems are rubber pull-through, some have a metal threaded cover to old them on. Just look at your tires and see which ones they have before you order to save yourself sending them back. Even if the part numbers match, sometimes the stems are wrong so look at the picture. Also, it is best if you can confirm out what MHz and part number that your vehicle / sensors are using before you order to be sure that you get that right too. If any sensors are still working, you can use the Xtool to determine that before you order sensors.
