Seems a vast improvement over my original Peak Design Camera stop (original offering very long ago). Strap is wide and long (but not extremely long). What I like the most on this new on is the locks prevent the strap of extending beyond what you set it too.... the original Peak Design Strap would slide and extend the length of the of the strap after being locked in place.One thing for sure, they are durable and strong. Oh yes, and the snap on clips (a Peak Design are great). It is very secure and very easy to remove strap from camera without issues.

I have used Peak Design camera mount for hiking before. I bought this strap for a city trip and was very pleased. I love the fast disconnect and the easy adjustments on the strap to change the length. I will be using this strap a lot and I appreciate the simplicity of it. Great Product. 5 stars all the way.

Peak design should seriously collaborate with the major manufacturers to have this as an option to come with your camera as a kit. An absolute must have product for seamlessly switching your single neck strap between multiple camera bodies. This system is widely interchangeable and compatible with more than just the main camera brands in the world.

This camera strap is on the expensive side compared to many others listed on Amazon, but the quality and quick-release design set it apart and make it worth the price. It comes with several accessories that allow different options for attaching the camera strap to your camera. This made it easy to find my preferred attachment points for my Nikon Z 6II so that the camera hangs in the best position for me. The quality of this strap and its camera attachments assures me that it won't fail and drop my expensive mirrorless camera on the ground!

What I like most about this strap is the ability to flip a buckle to quickly adjust the length. The only minor thing, I didn’t like, so far was that I wanted the green/sage color that Amazon doesn’t stock.

This strap is almost flawless. Its smooth operation, robust build, and clever design make it a joy to use. However, a minor quibble with the adhesive and a hefty price tag prevent it from achieving true greatness.This strap is a dream to adjust. The sliding mechanism is incredibly intuitive, allowing for quick transitions between shooting styles. The materials feel premium and durable, promising years of reliable use. The clever anchor system is also a standout feature, easily attaching and detaching from your camera without fuss.Where the Slide falls short is in its value proposition. While undeniably well-made, the price is steep. Furthermore, a tiny amount of additional adhesive on the shoulder pad would significantly improve comfort and prevent slippage, especially during prolonged use. This seemingly minor upgrade would elevate the strap from "very good" to "unbeatable."In short: If you're willing to pay a premium for top-notch quality and convenience, the Peak Design Slide is a worthy investment. Just be prepared for the price tag, and maybe pack some extra adhesive to enhance the comfort. Four stars – a testament to its quality, but a slight deduction for the cost and the missed opportunity to perfect the shoulder pad.

Excellent product. Works exactly as shown and is simple, practical, and easy to install. Certainly the best strap I've owned, and I've owned a few over the past 30 years. I would definitely go with the wider Slide and maybe avoid the Slide Lite, unless of course you want the thinner, lighter version. I will tell you right now, however, that the original Slide is much more comfortable and will disperse the weight more evenly. The Slide Lite would be fine for a lightweight system or a point and shoot camera, but if you have a DSLR with a zoom lens, you will definitely want the original Slide.Ease of use: No matter which way you carry it (neck, shoulder, or cross-body), your camera will be accessible and in position very quickly, which is great for wildlife and action shots. It really does "slide" very nicely! Turn it inside-out and you have a non-slip strap. Genius!
