This bad is sturdy enough for my 80-85# German Shepherd! She is very long but sleeps mostly curled up. The back and sides are perfect as she often likes to lean. The arms are slightly narrow for this, but she likes her pillow and blanket anyway. She likes being slightly raised off the floor as I think she feels like she’s on the couch next to me! The smooth velvety fabric also doesn’t let hair stick to it so it’s easy to wipe or vacuum off. It matches my sofa as well! You can see she loves it and she has plenty of room to curl. It was size large.
