Bought this item to make my first tart, I was NOT disappointed, the appearance of my tart was perfect, you could see the edges were BAKED very easily without crumbling during baking. Works very well for graham crust, the pan is light weight and 9’’ storage capacity pan was SPOT-ON for my recipe as it did call for a 9”. Heat distribution during baking was ACCURATE on as my crust was perfectly browned! The red rubber shaped that was included didn’t serve much purpose. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My tart didn't stick at all and naturally created a nice edge on the crust. Bottom removes nicely leaving a perfect tart without any breakage.

This set (I also purchased the silicone flat piece) made a really lovely tart. I used a recipe that was kind of a shortbread pat-in style and it was a hit! My pickiest eater loved it because it was 'finger food' and I liked the way it looked and cleanup was super easy. It was also really easy to remove from the base and put on a serving plate. I am an engineer by training and I love clever, practical, innovative products - A+.I have already purchased more for gifts.

I love it! The 1st thing I made was a lemon tart (My 1st ever lemon tart). The silicone crust ring worked very well & was easy to clean. The tart pan was easy to clean as well. I am very happy with it!

Didn't really understand how the silicone insert would work, but having other silicone pieces for baking, decided to try this tart pan that comes with a silicone insert.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board is that there were no instructions on how to use the insert to help create a sharper edge for the tart crust... so I had to rely on trial and error and the first time, over pressed before it dawned on me to just leave the insert in the pan when baking.Another tip to remember is that this is a "dark metal, non-stick pan", ergo, drop your baking temperature by 25F.The pan itself and the insert work like a charm once you know/remember the tips above!

I will never bake a tart without a crust shaper ring again! This Patz&Patz fluted tart pan made my crust bake beautifully and evenly, and the removable bottom made it so easy to take the tart out without any mess.The nonstick surface really works—nothing stuck to the pan, and the tart slices stayed intact when removing them. It’s a must-have for anyone who loves baking tarts, pies, or quiche. The quality is excellent, and it makes baking so much easier and more professional-looking.
