I bought these to handle larger slabs of meat where a regular fork wasn't sturdy enough. Work really well when trimming fajitas. No bend in these, really heavy duty.

Have not used these yet but was very impressed by the apparent quality of these when I received. Good weight & full tang forks. These will last a long time.

Only thing I dislike about the set is dremmal mark on one of the forks shiny finish marring it. Also, the wood handle is a bit smaller than the metal handle, which is why I have to be carful not to cut myself while using fork. The metal handle edges need to be rounded more with dremmal. I already touched them up so they are safe to use and still new. These are great forks I do like them. Just a slight flaw.

The metal in the handle was sharp and wider than the wood handle. Made for a sharp handle to hold onto.

These were a bit longer than I thought which was what I needed. Very good price, quality, easy to grip and handle, balanced nicely to remove meat from pan to platter,sturdy. Using both together is easy. Love the set.

One Folk was longer than expected but well built. Finish smooth clean and heavy structure.No problem in moving a 12 lb ham out of pan to the carving board. Held the ham very steady.

Strong. I use them to cook Boston Butt's at parties, weddings etc. I can easily pick an 8 lb butt with one of them. Forged, not stamped.
