Slightly curved to be ergonomic, and of strong manufacturing, these will be a great addition to our utensil rack next to the stove or grill! They are just the right length -- not so long as to be unwieldy, yet not too short to be able to go deep into the cooking area to skewer what you want. I used them tonight to spear a 4-pound pork roast out of the roasting pan, with no problems whatsoever. I can easily see the two of them being used to raise up a 22 pound turkey out of the pan, too.These two will be my first-choice, go-to meat forks, and I can retire a couple of others that have worn out and/or bent!

I love these two large shiny forks! They have a nice feel to them, no rough edges on the handle, very nice to hold. They are well weighted for their size, and will easily support a large ham, turkey or roast from baking pan to platter. They are also suited to anchor a large piece of meat for slicing during a meal. They are easy to clean and store.

These forks look nice, and are rigid enough not to bend. But there are two issues. The big one is that the handles are hollow and not at all sealed to the shaft. They will get wet and grow bacteria and mold internally. So no immersing them or dishwasher. This is a deal killer for me. The other thing I don't like the tips aren't sharpened, they are blunt. I can deal with this part, I'll just sharpen them.

These meat forks are great for spearing some meat and moving it around on the cutting board or cooking surface! Very strong tines and overall sturdy construction. I'm glad I got these because they don't bend like my other utensils! Highly recommend

These large two pronged forks are made of stainless steel and look very attractive. However they were advertised as stainless steel meat forks but don’t have a sharp point! Also the place where the fork meets the handle has air gaps which when washed will allow water to enter.
