My biggest complaint is that when they drill a hole at the handle for hanging it, it’s unprofessional. When drilled, it created wood chips on one side and also left small splinters on one side of the hole. Usually this happens once the drill bill finishes its bore.The other problem was a black spot on the handle. The spot is in the wood, and not something that can be removed. In some cases, a black spot means a weak/soft spot that eventually leaves, creating a pore in the wood. I’m spending a little more and looking for better quality.
