Perfect fit and look! One of the bulbs was finicky at first but after adjusting, it worked and haven’t had any issues since then!

Product received was brand new, packaged well and looks exactly like the original OEM part Ford offers. Upon installation, I did not get any power to the bulbs inside the assembly. At first I thought they might be burned out. Turns out I needed to "wiggle" them in place to get them to turn on. Not sure why I had to do this but I will keep an eye on the lights to make sure they continue working. Another thing that I would like to point out is the assembly does not fit "snug". It has some wiggle to it once installed. I thought this would cause additional noise when driving but not the case as of yet. I am happy so far with the product and will buy one to replace my driver side.
