Included is one rear exterior driver-side aftermarket extended cab door handle replacement. This aftermarket replacement is built to OEM specifications for a fast and easy direct fitment installation with no modification needed. The handle is made from durable ABS plastic to ensure a strong and reliable function. This handle comes black with a textured finish for a matching original appearance. It is a perfect replacement for old or damaged rear driver-side extended cab door handle for Silverado and Sierra pickup trucks from 1999 to 2007. Replaces manufacture part number, 15758172, and Partslink number, GM1520115. Generally, replacing a door handle can be easy, but we always recommend professional installation by your mechanic.

The installation was simple and straightforward, 10 minute fix. While it's apart you may want to replace the plastic "lock clip" that secures the rod to the handle. Feels like a well made replacement. Cheap fix that you'll be glad you did!
