This is the 2nd holder I bought for my home. The first is in my kitchen and just got another for our basement kitchenette. It comes with nails and adhesive so you can chose how you want to install it. I used the adhesive and it does not budge (even with 2 kids at home). Took less than a minute to put up, saves counter space and looks great!

This is a great item. The ratcheting effect makes it so easy to get a towel when your hands are full. You can just get one at a time. The installation is a breeze. The sleek design goes with any decor.

I love this paper towel holder! Itโs sturdy, sleek, and super easy to use. The damping effect keeps the roll from spinning too fast, so I can tear off a sheet with one hand without unraveling the whole roll. I used the self-adhesive mount, and itโs holding up strong, but I like that I have the option to drill if needed. It saves counter space and looks great in my kitchen. Installation was quick, and it makes grabbing paper towels so much more convenient. My kids make messes throughout the day, so we go through quite a bit of paper towels!

Owned for 1.5 years now. It remains sturdy and functional. My only reason for knocking off 1 star is that it doe not spin freely when tugging on a paper towel. I end up tearing paper towls (not at the seam) or I have to grab the roll and turn it firmly before grabbing the next paper towel and tearing it at the seam.

Very function paper towels holder it's made of stainless steel and very sturdy and doesn't take up alot of space and looks just as pictured and it's easy to set up and use. It's easy to install anywhere in the kitchen or bathroom of you wanted too

I bought this because I wanted a wall mounted paper towel holder instead of them being moved all over the place constantly. This does the job. I do like it. Once screwed in itโs very stable. As you can see I screwed it into plywood so idk how it works on anything else. It has a little bit of resistance so you donโt pull off more than you want. It was fairly easy to mount although the caps included do not work. However Iโve seen that as a complaint on a lot of products. It seems to just be a bad design because the caps do not stay on. So I just used the screws. It holds a good quality roll of paper towels. Overall, I would purchase again. Itโs really good for the price. If I do, next time I will get and use black screws to match the holder.

The paper towel holder was great for the first 3-4 weeks, then the metal wires that tension the paper towel roll rod started popping out of the top shoulder, which eventually rendered the holder useless.Unfortunately, given I live in NZ, I wasn't unable to receive a replacement. But, the customer service I received was outstanding and I am to receive a full refund, so hence my review rating has increased to 5.

Works well and looks good. Only small complaint is it comes with little black plastic caps to cover the mounting screws, however two wouldnโt stay on and a couple also cracked super easily and they just became useless. Screws are Mounted under my shelf though so you donโt really notice them. Could just use black screws as well and problem solved. Otherwise 5 stars

Great paper towel holder. I like that it has tension in the paper so that the whole roll doesn't unravel when you pull on the paper. Very nice quality and design. The only thing is improve is the screw cap covers. They don't snap quite into place but it's not a big deal. I would still recommend this product.

Updated our sink and taps with black matte finish and this was the perfect paper towel holder to match. The springy section holds the paper towel roll perfectly and I like that I can choose vertical or horizontal install. It has a click noise as it spins but totally tolerable as it stops it from spinning by itself.

Installed product on a shelve door. Installation process super easy. Adhesive is strong. The ratchet mechanism works great and sturdy enough to tear one sheet of paper towel.
