Just received our paper cart the other day. We put it together today and one of the pieces that holds the paper is broken. You could screw it into the main post, but where the top and bottom connect, theres a little silver button and that area is broken. Disappointed as our PTO got this for our school. Would it be possible for us to get a replacement part? Everything else about the paper cart is good so far.

I bought this large paper roll holder for my studio, and it has been absolutely fantastic! I’ve used a similar product in the past, but it didn’t come close to matching this one in quality. This version is sturdy, equipped with large, lockable wheels, and features a high-quality black powder-coated finish.My biggest frustration with the previous art paper roll dispenser was how difficult it was to tear paper on. We kept wasting paper since we couldn’t get straight tear (so frustrating). This product solves that problem brilliantly with three built-in cutting options that all work exceptionally well. Each of the eight roll holders includes both a straight edge and a serrated edge for effortless tearing. Additionally, it comes with a handy safety cutter, which is perfect for handling long sheets of paper that are very tricky to tear cleanly due to their length.It’s been a great purchase to say the least
