This is not an item that should be purchased if you plan on letting your grandchildren help. The delicate touch of my six year old granddaughter, when applying a slight squeeze to drop the batter, it's handle crumled like asaltine crackers.

I finally got to try out my new dispenser. It does exactly as described. It will take another use or two to practice getting just the right amount of batter into each cupcake holder. It does have a couple e=leaks on releasing the trigger, but nothing to bad.I recommend this product, it holds a whole cake mix batter and does dispense nicely. I look forward to using it again

It said it worked for mixes too, but they have ti be runny. And it is not easy to clean, stuff gets stuck in the round washer outlet at the bottom, Will go back to the regular way,.

I like how easy it is to clean. Honestly, I just let the thing soak for a bit and then wiped it clean. It was easy to scoop batter into the dispenser and then easily dispense a similar amount into each liner. This thing was great. But I’m pissed that the plastic part of the handle snapped already when I used it one time. Other that that, I’m happy with the the dispenser.
