We used the previous model (NB-G110P) for over 10 years before one of the heating elements burned out. We had such good luck with this oven that we wanted to replace it with the same thing. This NB-G200P model was released in 2024 and had a few excellent improvements. 1- The power cord is at the back now, yay! For some unknown reason the previous model's cord was at the right front side. 2- Better looking. There is a temp dial now and the front looks much sleeker. 3- PFAS-free. Does this mean there was PFAS in the older model? Unclear. 4- That big old ugly white sticker on the right side of the oven is now clear so much less noticeable.Only negative of the new style is that it is only available in only one finish- stainless steel. We hope this one lasts as long as our first one.

This is a review of the Air Fryer Toaster oven not the toaster. FYI I have the actual toaster and that is 5 stars. It toasts bread beautifully. The Air Fryer is larger much larger like an actual oven. Someone made a comment that the oven gets super hot. FYI it does get very hot when cooking. Not like the sun but you wanna let it cool down a bit if you want to pick it up and move it. I don't move it so much so not a big deal for me. So the Air Fryer is like a convention oven so the fans have to go when on. They are fairly loud and will run even after you are done cooking. A bit annoying but ok. Now when using the toaster oven the fans blow too!!! Seems kinda odd? The toast will take 5-6 minutes while the toaster will take 3-4. Not so much of a deal breaker but you need to alot the extra time. What I don't like is that the oven actually air frys the toast so you cook the toast but not actually toast the toast. Very odd. I am going to live with that. The air frying part is the star here. Its a huge basket much larger than anything on the market, cooks fairly quickly and my frozen Whole Foods Root Veg fries were really crispy. I think its 5 stars as an airfryer and 3 stars as a toaster hence the 4 stars. Thats it for now

We now have three of these. One for each house and one for long road trips. They have made microwaves nearly obsolete in our homes. No warm up time, even baking, perfect toast, and uses half the counter space of the competitors. And a very reasonable price. I like the newer model with the rotary dial.

I read about this being a top-notch toaster oven from Wirecutter, so I decided to get the stainless steel version. It's excellent. I like the way it toasts quickly, and consistently. It looks great in my kitchen. It doesn't have a big footprint on my counter. I would definitely recommend this one :)

I'm single so I bought this to bake single items instead of my big oven. First of all, you can't set the dial to 350 degrees, which is the oven temperature for many baked items. Last night a pre-baked chicken pot pie from the deli burned on top after 15 minutes (needed 25) at 375 so this morning I put a croissant in at 325 (not the 350 as directed) and after 3 minutes in the oven it was browning too fast. Would have been charcoal if I had left it in the 25 minutes to bake per directions. Very disappointed in this product. It makes great toast, but I already had a great toaster. This product does not work for what I bought it for. Save your money if you want to use this as an "oven" unless you like your baked goods well done!

Heats instantly and even though you have to push the timer button too much imo, this is a great little oven. It can handle anything you can cook in a conventional oven only smaller. It puts your toaster to shame. Overall takes less cooking time than on package directions. Easy to clean. Fits practically anywhere.

I haven't had this long, but I've been using it often so that i can get used to the operations. It comes with a good instruction booklet and a quick info card. It does not need to warm up so cooking begins immediately. My toast has browned perfectly and evenly. You determine how brown you want your toast to be and you can see the browning process when the infrared light comes on in intervals. You can turn off the cooking at any time with this oven without needing to wait for the timer to stop. Works excellently in the bake mode because you can select your temperature. There was absolutely no odor with my initial use and the notification beep is not blaring at all. I haven't experienced any smoking or odors from this oven and it is well made as you would expect from Panosonic. The crumb tray is easy to access. and the wire rack is attached to the door which I like, but there are instructions on how to unattach it easily. I've had no problems at all and I believe I'll be using this toaster oven often. I got the stainless steel one which looks nice on my rack shelf. The rubber feet have slots on the bottom which fit over the shelf rack which keeps the oven stable, so there's no need to place a platform underneath it. I did purchase the cutting board that is the size for this unit.

Came with some scuffs on the near bottom, door handle discolored. Not sure if I should return again!
